Overall Explanation (250 word limit) : So! Veshone Love and multiple of his friends drove to the Cockatoos strip club in a convoy. While driving, Veshone flexed his AK47, which was pinned between his legs while driving. When they arrived at the club, all of them jumped out, including Veshone with the AK47 in hands (given the fact that he JUST emoted having it between his lap). Him and his friends enter the property which is called Sinners Paradise. I myself watched this from the sky and of course called a man waving an AK47 around into a TAC, multiple units responded, including SWAT. This scene had roughly 30 PD members involved.
However, once SWAT made first contact, Veshone Love got passed the firearms from his friends and logged off to avoid losing them. This was malicious. This wasted nearly an hour of 30 PD members as well as a JSA judge who came to approve the search warrant on the property. For reference. The men entered the club at around 22:27, SWAT arrived roughly at 22:30 to starts negotiations. Veshone was offline with all of the passed guns at 22:34. This was confirmed by an admin and can be checked in the logs for the handling admin of this report.
I do not know the names of the people who passed Veshone Love their guns. All I know is that Veshone had a rifle himself. None of them have been informed about this report.
Accusation 1 (50 words): What rule was broken and a brief summary: 1.0 - Passing around guns to 1 person in their group, who then logs during an active Police scene to secure the guns and not lose them, P2W mentality.

Hello slump,
I'll attach a video below about Samuel (who was driving) and his friends being spiked on the great ocean highway. They then proceeded to drive on rims for nearly 5 minutes, ignoring multiple crashes into rocks and being rammed by SWATs ARV, an armored truck in an attempt to stop them. When finally stopped, they simply passed each other guns and committed suicide against dozens of Officers. Including SWAT units. This was a clear disregard for their lives.

Joseph and his friend (who is now banned) shot and murdered 4 cops. Joseph making it towards the Metro tunnels in Little Seoul, leaving a blood trail behind. Myself and Riley Wade follow the trail, though it suddenly stopped at the train tracks. Riley assumed that Joseph took the train, though I kept looking and ran into the tunnel. Suddenly, Joseph appears from inside a wall, using an animation to merge into said wall to shoot at me. I return fire and he is killed a few seconds later.
Keep in mind, Joseph was actively bleeding from a gunfight with PD a mere three minutes prior to that. The ''Glock damages'' are from the first shootout. The Sig is me, after finding him abusing into a wall.

Remove the ability to equip screwdrivers as melee weapons, or reduce their damage significantly.

How will it benefit the server?
Ever since the screwdriver has become a melee weapon, there has been a trend of it replacing the hammer/bat item. People mass buy them and start to stab each other, or commit mass stabbings with said item. The screwdriver turns the knife items completely useless, as they can cost up to 20k in a pawn-shop, compared to the mere 400 bucks you gotta spend to retrieve a screwdriver. Just yesterday alone, I was met with a mass grave of 3 people being stabbed to death by a screwdriver, not once but twice. The item encourages trolls or people who lack the sense of proper escalation to cause havoc on the streets for basically no money. Not only is the damage way too high, the bleeding is the real issue, as you will simply die if you do not carry a bandage item on your person after some radnom guy poked you with a screwdriver. I also find the argument of ''self defense'' not important here. Nobody would carry a screwdriver around with the goal in mind to defend themselves when need be. Removing it as a melee weapon, or reducing the damage of it will cancel out the random acts of DM caused by some people. It should remain to be used as a tool to remove plates and whatnot.

After a long lasting pursuit, Huberto, who was on a sports bike took a singleplayer stunt jump back behind the fences of the prison from a large cliff! After sticking the landing, he instantly disconnects.

I do not remember the name nor the plate of the car, sadly. However I asked on discord, so maybe I can edit this later for you! If not, I am sure the reported party would know. As far as I remember, the pursuit started after the driver fled from a routine traffic stop and eventually bailed on foot around Jamestown where he hopped on a bmx and was later caught by the docks area. Per lspd procedure, we tow the vehicle after being used in evasion so we made sure officers returned to the alley he ditched the car in. Upon being met with the group, more officers were called and we moved in to search and tow it. That's when the shots rang out.
The one thing I find odd is how the reported party stated that they shot cause a firearm was within the trunk. I'd like to find out how he knew about the gun being within the torrence itself. Not that a firearm alone would justify such an ambush.

PD had a pursuit on a TGS member. Guy came to a stop close to the Jamestown projects (the corner store on Roy Lowenstein) and ran off on a BMX, leaving the Torrence he evaded in the alley. Naturally, PD later tries to impound the Torrence for being used to evade after we had caught our suspect. We had around 10 Officers facing off with an equal amount of TGS members next to the car. As we tried to move in to search and impound the vehicle, Gary Urena ran from the group he was with to ambush 10+ Police Officers from a roof, hitting one in the head numerous times.
This is clear DM and a complete lack of roleplay. Gary and his faction continue to shoot at Police at every chance they get, for minor or no reason at all. Trying to ambush 10 Officers over an impounded vehicle should not be allowed, no matter how much your faction ''dislikes the Police''.

Malaki and 2 of his friends shot and killed 2 Officers. SWAT had a lead on Malaki himself and he got tracked down. He attempted to run on foot, was tackled and held at gunpoint by 16 SWAT Officers. However, Malaki decided to pull his weapon to get shot by the numerous LEO on scene, a clear way out of any sorta charges and a complete lack of fear for his characters life. He also logged out nearly the second of dying, leaving us no chance to handle the investigation as we still had 2 more outstanding! Further info about said investigation can be given to the handling admin to prevent MG.

What you just said is quoting examples of poor DM perfectly according to the server rules. Nobody made you shoot at Police but yourself. This is a very poor show of attitude towards the server and its rules. Instead of laying low after shooting and murdering a Police Officer, you go on the hunt for ''more blood''.

Your reason to hunt down and shoot Silvia is because she called 911 on you and your friends, which ''caused them'' to shoot at Police when they responded, killing them. Said friends were driving around in a stolen vehicle, acting like trolls in the chat log blow:

Flavia, as seen in her own video, got away, she was on foot at the time of the attempted break in. She however used the excuse that ''the 911 call caused my friends to commit murder'' to later then find and execute the cop who called 911 on them.

After the FAILED robbery and shooting at 2 cops, killing 1. Flavia RETURNS to the scene in her I-Wagen with 2 other friends. The same 3 people then proceed to LURK in the hills, stalking myself and Silvia.

My character and Silvia were off duty, checking out Silvia's newly mapped house. While we check the house and balcony, we hear footsteps so we run inside, check the peephole and see Flavia at the door, armed. Being two cops, we of course call 911. After talking to PD for roughly 10 minutes, we decided to leave with PD, in case the robbers return. That's when Flavia, in her $270.000 I-Wagen seemingly waited in the hills for Police to be gone. She attempted to box us in with her SUV, though sirens in the distance spooked them. We call 911 again.
Minutes later, our characters went on duty. That's when Silvia was murdered, in her K9 car by Flavia and her friends. Seemingly for ''calling 911 on them after their failed robbery attempts''. They had no way to ID Silvia, who was in a heavily tinted K9 vehicle and in uniform, looking way different than with her hair down in civilian clothing. This is unacceptable for someone to risk their life over and shoot a cop, yet alone commiting such acts of crime in their own registered sports SUV.
Please note that the DM part was handled by @kilerbite in game, however, due to the additional evidence, aka the robbing in cars in the hills, it was instructed to post a FR to get the full picture.

So Jaymore had a warrant on his person, high risk. SWAT deployed, blocked the vehicle he was in. Instantly upon being boxed by 2 armored SWAT trucks Zakaih emoted to ''open fire'' clearly showing NO regard for his life against multiple heavily armed SWAT Officers. He then gets out of the car, starts a shootout and PKs, of course.
Jaymore ran on foot after the car was pinned. After seeing no other way out, he too simply pulled a firearm on three heavily armed SWAT Officers to PK out of his warrant and instantly accepted death upon dying.
In my opinion, the two have clearly breached the fear RP rule as both their first instincts upon seeing Police were to open fire and shoot it out. Mere seconds later after the interaction has started. This could have been properly RP'ed out by all parties involved and made for a cool RP scene, which would have lead to some good character development.
I am obviously not pushing for a void. Leaving it purely to the handling admins discretion as to what should happen.

I've served a 14 day jail sentence by myself in TTCF once, I understand the issue. However, I do not think lowering charges for female characters is the way to go. Imagine you lower times by 50%, suddenly Davis is 80% women!
Few ideas:
- Make more female lifer/jail characters to boost RP in their pod
- Have the time go by 3x quicker when the pod is empty with no other inmates/guards, even if you do not RP.

Hi Reece sorry to jump in like that but I wanna quickly say that I do not wish for this to be voided should you conclude the report with any sorts of punishments. My character (Lily Stewart) is pushing for legal action against characters from the mentioned scene and a lot of RP has already gone into this.
If others want it voided though and it'll end up happening, then so be it of course 🙂
(also nobobody puked on anyone, the two ladies were drunk and puked out of the window after the car crash, causing one of the reported women to step into it herself after walking up to the taxi to press the females!)
Here's how the first fight ended, by the way. The scene should have been done then and there, ending with my character sucker-punching Kaniah.

Let's not go too crazy here or we might as well go back to the 10L tanks. I get it that fuel changes are cool and all, but we literally went from 60L to 10L the first time, which is a huge overreaction.
3.33x consumption should do the trick though, looking at the picture above and the fuel radius listed in it.

There's not one police vehicle that out performs its civilian model, please do not spread such rumors in the hopes of starting an argument. I posted to raise concerns about the fuel tank, that should be the core of the discussion. You don't have to agree 🙂

After some testing, it appears that police vehicles are heavily affected by this update. Example:
The civilian Scout has a 25L gas tank, the PD version only a 10L gas tank.
Many civilian trucks have a realistic tank for well...being a truck 25L up to 30L, however! Even the bigger PD vehicles eg. Alamo....Granger, CaraCara all possess a tank of a mere 10L.
This is not cool and should be looked into ASAP. As it stands right now, a civilian driving the same Scout as PD can just evade for 30 minutes before every cop runs out of gas, leaving them with fuel in the tank to successfully get away! I hope you understand my concerns for this update now.

That's the thing though. Taxis (as of right now) have nearly 3 times the fuel capacity of a police vehicle. Why? If you are going to nerf Police vehicles and other vehicles down to 10L tanks, then it should apply to all vehicles. I'd argue that a cop drives around more than a taxi driver!

Hi! To add some context into the situation, Mask_9916C_36 reconnected roughly 15 to 20 minutes after taking the gun from the car and dcing. However, he made no attempt to reach out to the people involved and simply spawned at another location (likely his property to stash the gun).
(One of his friends pmed me that he returned)
