The Westside (W/S) Fruit Town Brims evolved from the Fruit Town Pirus in Strawberry, Los Santos. The Fruit Town Brims are one of the most ruthless Blood gangs in Los Santos, Their neighborhood stretches between Forum Drive and Chamberlain Hills. HISTORY Fruit Town Brims are part of the Brim card, along with the Harvard Park Brims and the Van Ness Gangster Brims. Their turf is near the USC campus, and as a result, USC has attempted to reduce crime on campus. Fruit Town's problems with the majority of Los Santos' Crip gangs have led to their claim of Crip Killer (CK). One of the Fruit Town Brims' victories came from a member of the Rollin 30 Harlem Crips named Jahkay "Dirt#2" Boyd. This was a significant victory for the Fruit Town Brims, as he was a well-respected member of the Rollin 30 Harlem Crips. This occurred following the posting of a video of Jahkay Boyd kicking candles at a candle lighting for Jason "B-Nut#1" Patterson. The Fruit Town Brims took this to heart and ended up in a stolen vehicle heading over to the territory of the Rollin 30 Harlem Crips. When the Fruit Town Brims approached Boyd and asked where he was from, he replied, "This Dirt Number Two, Dirt Money Boys, what's the deal?" Following his response, an African-American male jumped out of the stolen vehicle and shot Boyd multiple times. Boyd was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead. Keyshawn "RedFace#3" Allen was the alleged assassin of Boyd. Keyshawn was arrested and charged with Jahkay Boyd's murder. The Rollin 30 Harlem Crips were clearly enraged when they learned about this. They didn't think twice about retaliating against the Fruit Town Brims. Riding down 35th Street, they noticed three African-American males relaxing at a nearby Corner Store. They didn't waste any time in bouncing out and firing shots. All three of the men who were present at the Corner Store were pronounced dead at the scene. PRESENT DAY Brims in modern Fruit Town are more daring and attract more attention than they should. Their rivalries are still fierce, and shooting from both sides is common. They have close ties to Harvard Park and Van Ness Brims, and together they form the FHN alliance (Fruits, Harvard, Van Ness). The Brims are notorious for their drug and firearm trafficking. They move sloppily, but they get the job done. Several gang injunctions have been issued against the operation's leaders as a result of their sloppiness. The Fruit Town Brims were on the verge of being declared "defunct," but they are gradually regaining their numbers. The police are still on the Fruit Town Brims heavy, they still haven’t stopped their drug and gun trafficking.
