Home to excessive violence, rampant drug abuse and gang conflict, Rancho is the place to be for underachievers, lowlifes and those living on a high with little bucks to back up their bark. Viveros is a "neutron", without affiliations and truly meets the mark of insignificance, to everyone but herself at least. Narcissism and a short fuse attempt to go hand in hand for this hustler since high school, intelligence and self awareness however, are severely lacking.
