Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): Cortez Hernandez was stopped by myself and Jasper Jones, shortly afterwards he attempted to get into his buffalo whilst doing this he was tased twice. He took off and ran over a Deputy without roleplay before eventually disconnecting, the player did not reconnect.
