    W/S 83 Hoover Criminals The 83 Hoover Criminals, also known as Eight-Tray Hoovers are an essentially African American street gang on the westside of South Central, Los Santos. The 83 Hoover Criminals' turf is located in Jamestown St on the west of Lil Bighorn Ave just below Roy Lowenstein Blvd. Innocence Blvd is the main and most iconical street for the 83 Hoover Criminals. Out Of Character Information *Invite-Only for now* We aim to portray a realistic group/gang of the actual 83 Hoover Criminals primarily a small clique consisting of up to 10 people. If you're interested in joining the faction feel free to drop a private-message to the thread holder in order to receive an Invite to the faction discord. Upon joining the group/faction you automatically grant the leadership of the faction rights to character-kill your character if deemed necessary by leadership.
