  1. Modern crime has a well known parasitic relationship with transportation routes. Ranging from interstate commercial truck hijacking, to robberies of drivers, carjackings and the masse transportation of drugs and illegal firearms. Many truck stops along interstate lines have become infested with methamphetamine dealers, who are seeing massive profits. Hence, many national and trans-national criminal enterprises have gained control of various once non-strategic towns along San Andreas interstate lines to get a slice of the pie. In mid 2020, Galloping Goose MC and El Forastero MC officers in Kansas City approved the founding of a new charter near a stretch of Route 15 (Senora Freeway). This would be the closest a Galloping Goose charter had been since. The move has attracted the interest of many “do-or-die” members and drifters traveling the San Andreas region, both El Forastero and Galloping Goose. Galloping Goose Motorcycle Club (GGMC) is a one-percenter motorcycle gang that finds its origins in the 1940s Los Santos motorcycle racing scene, starting as a team and group of friends based out of smoggy Los Santos, San Andreas. The group was informal in nature, and was not charted until 1946. Once it became a chartered club in the mid 40s, the club spread across the United States, establishing various chapters in Illinois, Missouri, Montana, Indiana, Wyoming, Louisiana and others. GGMC fosters healthy and strong comradeship with fellow one-percenter club El Forastero MC, sharing several traditions together. Prior to the establishment of their friendship with EFMC, GGMC decided against the usage of traditional one-percenter patches and instead used “MFer” (motherfucker) in its place. When the two clubs met for the first time, EFMC members identified themselves as “one-percenter El Forasteros”, drunk members of GGMC declared that “yeah, well we’re the mother fucking Galloping Goose”. This comes from a deep-rooted anti-establishment counterculture held core in the Galloping Goose tradition, seeing identifying with one-percenter at the time as going with the flow despite being traditional one-percenters at heart. The gooses earned respect with the EFMC, who saw it as “one percent as fuck”, and at a later meeting a Forestero cut off their one-percent patch and gave it to a Goose member. In response, GGMC cut off their own MFer patch and said “we are both one percent Mfer brothers forever”. The relationship between the two clubs since these early years has not faltered, and the tradition of patch sharing is still very prominent in both clubs, where members will have to meet with each other to exchange patches. This remains the only legitimate way to obtain a gold and black 1%er patch and a purple and gold MFer patch on one cut. While the Galloping Goose motorcycle gang is traditional in nature, and relies on basic one percenter principle for much guidance, it is still an expanding and enterprising organisation. Throughout the 1980s and the 1990s, the club expanded rapidly in several states. In Missouri, the Galloping Goose established control over an area formerly controlled by the Pharaohs motorcycle club. There, they established their first support club, named “Vieux-Doo Dawgs MC”. This became a trend with GGMC, which established more and more support clubs in its territories, such as the Midwest Drifters amongst others. It was during the 80s and 90s that the Gooses earned a reputation for violent crime and truly solidified its outlaw status. Despite the outlaw life, however, most Goose members still maintain a robust and diverse set of jobs and skill sets. Like many motorcycle clubs, many members are involved in the mechanic trade, especially in the field of bike customization and custom bikes. Over the years GGMC has earned a reputation for owning and maintaining expensive modified bikes, and still ride these publicly regularly. Other members may elect to work in other fields, but this remains a prominent part of the Goose culture. El Forastero Motorcycle Club (EFMC) is a one-percenter motorcycle gang founded by Tom Fugle and Harlan Brower, it was established after being turned down for a Satan Slaves MC chapter by the founding members. The name of the motorcycle gang translates to “The Outsider” in Spanish. EFMC is widely known for their illegal activities and are considered to be one of the biggest Motorcycle Clubs, falling under the second-tier after the “Big Four” biker gangs. Its early members included the renowned biker artist Dave Mann. Some of the club members have been found guilty for the crimes motorcycle theft and for transporting and distributing methamphetamine after members testified the club members pooled money to buy narcotics for consumption at their organized events. El Forastero member William Eneff received a sentence of seven years in federal prison without parole after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. According to the US Department of Justice, Eneff, "admitted that members of El Forastero and the affiliated Galloping Goose Motorcycle Club were required to annually pay dues and attend a certain number of motorcycle trips, known as runs, each year. On each run, the members were required to pay money that was pooled, or collected by each club charter, then forwarded to the specific Galloping Goose or El Forastero charter that hosted the particular motorcycle run in order to purchase methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana. Those drugs were maintained in run bags, which were distributed to all club members who attended the run." It is said that El Forastero Motorcycle Club gave Galloping Goose Motorcycle Club their first one percenter patch, making them brother clubs. They are known allies and share a clubhouse with them in Kansas City, a chapter which was founded by artist David Mann.
