    W/S Armenian Power 13 is a Sureño street gang that developed as a result of a merger with Armenian Power 13 and the tax-free Westside Armenian Power.
     

    Our goal is to deliver a high-end portrayal of the real-life counterpart and create an experience that is immersive and gritty. We have strict standards of roleplay and conduct, and we only seek those who want to develop a well-rounded and realistic character. 
     

    Recruitment and progression within the faction is handled in character. Prospective members are advised to do research into the real-life Armenian Power 13, and the overall Sureño gang scene, in order to develop a foundational understanding of the faction's aesthetic and portrayal.

    With this first accusation I'd like to ask how you know if its a PM owned business? Its doesn't tell you so why'd you just state that out the blue? I was still hired when the business was in operation, no one informed me that it had been out of business or stopped going in business. How was I suppose to know? And Icly, if my key still works to the shop scriptly, than it works ICly because no one changed the locks on the doors. One last thing I'd like to add, I RPed locking the doors with a /me, the handling admin may check logs and find the proof of it.

    For accusation two, Acid and or Toxic (unsure which one it was at the time, their names are very similar) already solved it in game unless he wants to overrule his own decision. I was already told off and I am completely sorry that I continued. I would also like to mention that I do experience a lot of freezing in this area; that happened in this scenario leading to the crash, my PC cannot always keep up as all textures and map parts load, and where I crashed Korea-Town happens to be one of the most textured and lit up places. During these high tense scenarios, it sometimes slips through my mind when adrenaline such as this one where my characters life is at stake. I explained this to the admin responding in game, and I am sorry for doing that. It was on me to not fully RP it to the best of my abilities at that time.

    For this third accusation, I'd just like to say I was trying to explain my side of the story after the fact. It was not my motive to be seen as a P2W player and or anything else in that matter. I was just trying to explain my side but I guess it looked how it looked. The SS does not show anything, other than a conversation after the fact. I chose to evade yes, but this was roleplayed out, I did not take it to OOC means nor did I attempt to stall the roleplay despite the circumstances of messing with a friend in an OOC manner. The reason for that is because I am a character first roleplayer, and I am willing to take even OOC joking matters into the in character lore because I show respect to the roleplayers around me who may be unaware of the circumstances. I based my evasion on my characters motives and traits, my character had just been released from jail that day; therefore, why would he sit there and let an officer of the law search him AFTER he said to the officer to not touch him several times. Criminal instincts kick in, and as for my character, it just does not make sense to hand himself over less than an hour after being released from jail so an officer can find a gun and some drugs on my character and go back to prison. You state that I have a P2W mindset but I really don't find that factual as I never so once went OOC in a negative manner in the span of those three IRL hours. That may be my fault for trying to play around with my friend, but if I had a P2W mindset, I would have likely went about it in an OOC-driven way full of complaints. I did not complain, did not spam your PM's, did not go OOC, nor did I tell anyone anything hurtful. I kept it IC, as it should be handled, and the discussion in Discord PMs were as a common courtesy.

    Overall Explanation (250 word limit) : So I was being arrested and I told my faction members Icly to open the cop car door to let me escape free. Than ID 55 John Mackenzie went in a /do and said the door is locked even though it wasn't scriptly as I showed him by hopping out the car and getting back in. As he continued to say in /do's and /b it was locked, he said they had only unlocked it over me getting in and out too much? Which is false, as I called him out for PG and avoiding the RP he quickly went /b and said "Shut up." which hurt me as he told me to over a video game. 


     

     

    Accusation 1 (50 words): Common Courtesy - Telling me to shut up oocly over a video game and me calling him out for rule break.

    Accusation 2 (50 words): Powergame- Telling me in /do and /b that the door was locked, when it wasn't scriptly. Himself breaking rules over me trying to RP a break-out I guess he didn't wanna RP and he just wanted to stand there.
