On another note, I believe some characters, such as those with military experience or with a high level of aim should be allowed to use some sort of soft-aimbot, as aiming should not rely on an OOC standpoint, but an IC one.

I'm leaning towards this being satire but uh, an aimbot is literally entirely OOC with no conscious human input. A human roleplaying a veteran with shit aim, even if you ignore all other factors, is still closer to an "IC one" for the sole fact of a conscious human doing the entire thing.

in classic gtaw form im basically throwing up a suggestion on the newest update before it’s even arrived

tldr statistically speaking most armored truck robberies are not extensively planned and occur in plain view, they’re also extremely frequent and highly dangerous. I feel the need to have this process locked behind a request system is unnecessary and simply put should a crew wish to take the risk upon attacking one instead automatically offer their CK perms or something should they be killed negligently, as to allow the risk versus reward ratio to be increased

    just my ravings tbh

Not sure it's right to call this "extremely frequent". In the US there is a rolling average for quite a while of about 20-40 a year. That's peanuts compared to the amount of actual bank robberies even. This is gonna end up being another perceptive low hanging fruit that we'll quickly 50x the entire past decades cumulative amount of armored truck robberies, and LE rp will still be told they either can't handle it properly or can only use methods and technology that stopped being used in the 70s.

In my opinion, the fix for this type of stuff is to split up clothing options. Want gang shirts and cheap shit? Gotta go to the mall or Davis shops. Want high heels and suits? Morningwood and hawick. Want sandals and breezy flannel? Vespucci. It'd be a lot of work but this way you'd stand more of a chance making people visit the mall if clothing was only obtainable in certain spots. Could even disable the option to buy certain shoes and restrict it to shoe shops and so on. I can't see any others way to force people to visit a place with no purpose.

im sorry this is kinda real bad. theres no such thing as "gang shirts and cheap shit", gang members don't buy a specific type of "gang" clothing, they are normal people who buy normal clothes like everyone else. You can visit low income areas in real life and find stores that sell high heels and suits, and sandals and flannels. Literally none of that is exclusive to different income level "types" of stores.

  4. Nice get up, concept is cool and unique also. Small note for the initial topic though, 99% of the rackets ran in Vegas were done on behalf of midwestern organizations, not east coast mobs. The east coast mobs flocked to Atlantic city. All the Casinos listed had the skims being run or were in the pockets of various Midwestern mobs. Detroit was the big fish but KC handled a good chunk of the ground work (incl that on behalf of Detroit), Chicago was the other big hat and represented themselves in most of everything, Milwaukee had a hand in the pot too. Fun fact, one of KC's Vegas guys still lives out there and runs companies, homies still up on the black book.
