I also re-watched the clip both Me and Daniel were standing in front of the gas station, I was stationed in the middle and Daniel was in the front and then you can see Kamarley in the middle of the alleyway. You would have enough time to go in the alley-way shoot and kill him and drive off without being shot by any of us, but you decided to pull up front and kill two people that had NOTHING to do with him or the robbery that happened to on you guys. This is clear as day as you guys were just going for a kill count and not actually gunning for your enemy.

No it wouldn't have, you took the more risky approach by shooting in front of everyone, that's literally a higher risk to perform a hit on as either one of us could've just pulled guns and shot back and killed you, on the other hand if you pulled in the alleyway where Kamarley was alone like I said you could've shot and killed him and leave without a problem...

Alfred here, So... You knew he was in the alleyway, still decided to pull up in front the gas station, kill someone who was facing their back towards you that wasn't a threat at all (me) then gunning for Daniel next for no reason only because you THINK we were apart of the group that robbed you guys. This isn't adding up, you guys should've gunned for your main target if you knew he was in the alleyway, it would've made more sense and you wouldn't have lost the target and not hop out and kill two random people who has never interacted with you while they were roleplaying, goes the same thing for Daniel, He nor I did no wrong, didn't come off aggressive when you guys pulled up the first time, I don't think killing two people because you THINK they're involved or interact with the people that robbed you is sufficient enough, it's clear that you guys had some DM motive and wanted to use that reason just to get a clip.

I'm sticking to that reason, I'm sure it's a reasonable reason, it was one simple mistake, now that I am informed on. I was far away in an interior away from them, I don't think it would've made anything different. Clearly you're being biased so I'm not even going to try and defend myself since you clearly ignored everything else in my initial statement, I'm sure you would've gave anyone else a break with an admin record like mine, I haven't been in trouble for two years and it was a genuine mistake on a rule that I didn't even know about. Not to mention one of their high ranking members were given a chance for /fixrevive abuse because he was "not aware".

Alright, so I'm going to explain my side of the story. So, I was on a motorcycle driving around Vespucci when their group of friends hopped out and shot at me, I was shot twice, I did indeed role-play injuries and if you'd like to check the logs you can as I couldn't take any screenshots of it, I then stayed away from the area, hid in an interior after they failed the hit. I've never been apart of a war so I thought that thirty minute rule only stood for PD when they chase you. Not to mention, they shot but never chased me, realistically after that shoot-out you'd think they would put up their guns and lay low since the area was crawling with undercover units and cruisers. So I don't know where they're getting this thing that they were looking for me, after that shootout I went to a LTD in Davis, role-played buying a bottle of Liqour to help numb the pain, tweezers and bandages to pull out the bullets, I role-played it out and laid low for the whole night, I didn't even drive there until the next day. So I don't know where the fuck you were following me at, when I was riding around the city with the bike, I was on foot stood in Davis for the longest time role-playing my injuries and after going inside of an interior hiding out for the night, so clearly you're lying on you following me cause if that was the case, you would've killed me.

So, I was riding around last night, looking for members that I have issues with ICly, I then seen Christopher Booth all alone, I thought it was one of them cause most of the people we role-play with have similar clothes around Vespucci, as soon as I seen him alone I thought that was my time to strike and catch someone from that crew that I have issues with, I didn't want to shoot at a whole group as that isn't realistic at all if you're all alone, so when I killed him, I was in the heat of the moment and I realized I killed the wrong person. He found out that I killed him and we talked through via discord, we both agreed that we would like to avoid this and go on with role-play as it would cause a lot of issues ic that me or him do not want. I do not know the individuals who took the loot off his body just to make that clear.

Like I said previously in the report, I went there to find out who did the tag, I came off aggressive because I assumed it was them as I've seen them around the area before. I didn't go there to provoke anyone. They escalated this whole thing themselves when one of them pulled out a knife and kicked the front end of my car in, we are a bunch of street-guys in the faction, don't mix us up with any of the other characters. Everyone in the faction is different whether their elites, white-collar and street guys, everyone is doing their own thing with their crews in the faction, like I said Me and Nazar, we are street guys, we will confront anyone that is operating in our area whether it's a legal business or a new group of people that have showed up, especially when a tag is done in /their/ area, they don't respond lightly or nicely too that as they consider the new group as a threat to their business.

Souren here, this situation is pretty self explanatory, Me and Nazar confronted the group on a tag that is near our area, we didn't go there for DM or to provoke anyone, we simply went there to find out if they did it, they started acting all hostile and so did we, one of their members damaged my vehicle by kicking the front end as he was brandishing a knife in his hand, I pulled out a pistol in order to put fear in the group of kids, following up to it, I told them to get in the back and not the back of my car cause that is literally impossible to do In-Game as there was a total of like seven people there, after that Caleb pulled out a gun and aimed it at us, KNOWING there was two people with guns out he did it and didn't role-play fear what so ever, which lead up to us shooting at CALEB no one else and as he was running away with the gun in hand, him and Alice tried to run into their house where Alice took the bullets that were meant for Caleb, we didn't intend on killing Alice whatsoever she got caught in the crossfire. I don't want to hear that Armenian Power is a so called MOB, Armenian Powers hierarchy is organized not their street guys nor their locals, they claim Armenian Power to the fullest extent and are very aggressive when someone is hostile towards them, with that being said, a few days later we found Caleb riding around in a car, we then started shooting at him, KILLING HIM, their members were also shooting back, which gave us a reason to defend ourselves in that situation, I chased after their last member and I got killed by LSPD. After that whole situation I haven't even been close to them or role-played with them or even do anything to provoke them, I simply stay away from that faction and do my own thing.

I am surprised how Alice managed to get killed in crossfire since she basicaly just stood there while Caleb was really quite far away from her unless you do some mad flicks but hey... maybe I'm wrong here, would love to see a recording if you could.
Okay you escaped them but shouldn't you stay low especially since a few days ago you also shot a cop? Instead you opened fire 2/3 times already in the city after you shot a cop & had the whole pd after you?
That situation was after, it didn't involve you, we were masked up and in a stolen car, which makes sense if you're gonna do a home invasion, there is literally no evidence who we were IC for PD as we were masked up and got away, so you bringing this up is completely irrelevant.
When I said get in the back, I didn't mean in the back of the wagon, it would literally be impossible I thought people had common sense to think I meant to go in the back of the yard.

We only had killed one of you, not many of you, we're not outside only looking for you, Me and Nazar have a bunch of shit to deal with IC, you guys were already taken care of after the first interaction, then you involved us again by shooting at Nazar and Richard, and please do some research on Armenian Power, like I stated in my initial response the hierarchy is rather organized, we are foot soldiers, we will check anyone who tries to step to us or do anything in our neighborhood we are not a MOB.

We weren't camping out we simply live there, we're active in that area, our role-play is there. I don't know why you're trying to make it seem like we're only out to kill, the people that were killed were killed because we had a reason to kill and that's that. We only knew it was you cause you were sat at an intersection for a good minute, we then passed you and turned around and made sure it was you, which made us chase you, sure it's dark, but you're forgetting the fact that your car didn't have tints nor was it pitch black, I would be able to see you through the window with a light shining on your car it's just common sense.
