As my name was used in a piece of evidence I would like to present some evidence to this case too. Demetrius Grimes here. I would like to start of by saying Rollin 20's involvement in this so called war is only after the soul fact that MYSELF was shot at by a masked Ronald Watts, masked Jessica Brooks and Toriana and Latrael for no reason, I waited till I got away to and came back to a scene where Latrael and Toriana were both dead at the scene so in my head for one they are definately PK'ed on a hit that went sour on my TURF, Me and Xavier Jefferson were targeted and shot at for reasons I have no idea, I then asked Ronald Watts after I was told to by Toriana and the he said it was an attack on HPB AND 20's because we like to affliated, but I'm sorry that isnt enough of a reason to hit me baring in mind we have not taken part in no squabble or been present at any interactions GSHC have had with Brims or MPF. Secondly on the hit Latrael was PKed at the scene like I said so in my mind he was PK'ed I took no action on that attack seeing as Toriana, Latrael and the masked men were present at that shooting shown here:
Tell me why Latrael is seen attacking again two days later with whoever was present on that attack shooting into a crowd with 15 plus people attempting to blockwipe.

This shows him shooting into a crowd of people, with me present at the scene, despite if I was the inteded target or not, I'm pretty sure when attacking it has to be done on members who are not already PK'ed or in an active war with, yes members of who they are at war with was present but people he was PK'ed from in a scene was also present at the scene so in my eyes this looks like a blood thirst opportunity to up the scores on they PK list on their behalf instead of waiting for an appropriate time to attack.
This again is Latrael at the scene of a attack with MPF x 20 and Brims members. Again him involving himself in an attack where he was PK'ed in a scene prior to members present on that scene, This just shows there is very little planning in they attacks when attempting to attack following the rules. and if anyone should be done for breaking RoE it is indeed Latrael Overby a members of the reporting parties group/faction.

Demetrius Grimes here, I would just like to confirm what was shown as evidence from my POV, she was downed at the scene, her stating she waited for police to come is false, almost instantly after the shooting Police arrived and was even shooting at a few members, my IC brother was still on scene and was shot by PD. The timestamp of image I've provided is when all the attackers were down and Brims were finishing bodies so shots were still ringing off, Police is seen shooting my IC brother and she was still on the scene. She had waited for the officers to run further down the alley to run after the fellow Brims still on scene attempting to flee before she /changechar.

Here's the thing I wouldn't of reported if I didn't want it voided but we've had prior issues with members from Harpy's and lying to admins in situations and him saying it's a mistake I don't believe with all the evidence I have proven, 'being on a PK list is like a reading a written rule, you don't skim read rules so why skim read a piece of information needed to IC situations like a PK list' and /ex'ing someone who was tattoos which is explained to be only visible according to his visible presence and to be IC'ly facing away from me saying to so my 'RXLLIN' tattoo above my eyebrow is abit much, it's meant to be a heavy roleplay server, noone has 20-20 vision in the back of their head and all these rules were broken over the basis of the war and OOC relationships between a few members from both parties due to the Harpy's group leader and a few others being ex-members of our faction, they are clearly no longer here for a reason. None the less I agree that this scene should be voided BUT after the according punishment because rules were broken it was not a mistake.

Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): So I left my apartment and out the back off my complex to get into my SUV which I parked in the alley, I was met to Luis who had probably seen me coming and u-turned, as I ran up to my SUV to get into I was gunned down by Luis, I instantly knew that its was from a member of the group Harpy's which my faction recently started war with over the death of me, meaning I am PK'ed from the war which has been on going. And that's the first problem, my faction have a pk-list of all wars we have had and have, so I know they do to which I had asked for and was given to by him via discord along with his POV of him killing me which i'll add in the report. I PM'ed his leader and was told he can do nothing about it which I consider poor considering he is leading a group and should be aware of RoE and the whole point of having a PK list. I was told to ask the culprit Luis and before I did I received a pm with him trying to explain himself and his reasoning is pretty poor, he first claimed he got me mixed up with "Trevon" who infact is meant to be Treyvon Grimes my IC brother and claimed he got mixed up before he saw the list after showing i'm clearly on the list, second of all he claimed he /ex'd me and saw my tattoos saying Rollin 20's which is also the reason he shot me because we are in beef with the Harpy's group. In the footage you will see he was not facing me at all thorughout the whole thing until I entered the Greseley and that's when he gunned me down so seeing my tattoo's and just MG'ing my surname "Grimes" and my description which clearly states in it ((Tattoo's would be seen upon visible presence)) meaning what I am scritply wearing and I had a skully hat with a ski mask, puffer jacket and jeans, disclosing no sort of affliation, questioning me upon seeing me leaving the complex would of been a better approach which didn't happen.

The first robbery took place right at the end of Crystal Heights where the car park is, We claim All Swells and 1804 Forum, Crystal Heights is claimed by BPS (The Jungles) who we are allied with and the cause of the robbery was because he came on his character who was a minor at the time, asking fuck twancs which is a insult to the gang/faction I represent. That was the first image I posted with him laying on the bin, the second encounter like I said I only appeared once the admin Connor was in the middle of voiding him and Teddy Thompson's scene where he tried to lie on the timeframe it took him to return. I watched Jamal Winfree run his pockets and threw him in a bush. Those were my only interactions with Ezekiel both interactions were on the same day. He was beaten up, threaten and thrown in the bin, comes back to the SAME area of his beating to provoke again, claiming he accidentally entered the wrong house with Teddy Thompson inside of it, which makes no sense cause most of our members reside in the two complexes so if you can OOC'ly say that it's not our turf due to us not being a faction means you have recognised that this is an area we claim due to the several riding back and forth on your BMX and provoking. So now running into a house within the two complexes YOU KNOW we claim, come on now. (Dates of this is in the first image).

Demetrius Grimes here, we've been getting alot of OOC hate for our faction newly becoming official, numerous groups and factions have been forcing interactions and shooting just to DM, I've added a clip which followed after this report an hour after, bare in mind I have never seen met or interacted with Delvonni Robinson.

"This on top of you robbing me 2x, jumping me, almost beating me to death, threatening with shooting me and attacking me with a hammer resulted in the shooting" I was there for both robberies and the beating of you throwing you in the bin, I never beat you up the second time, I never threatened you with a bullet, I never hit you with a hammer nor was I present for that situation, 2. For you to even talk about poor portrayal is funny because as Connor quote which you some how forgot to mention was you, returning back to where you was beaten 4-5 hour prior as a minor is poor portrayal, You lied again, because the only person you you've killed from the "brutal brawl" is Jamal Winfree. At the brawl Wardell Fouse (shooter), Markeel Wade (shooter) and Charles Hat (shooter) have not been shot or killed by you, so whatever "friend" told you multiple Rolling 20 affliates shot them, he had enough time to see which members shot so for you to say your trying to add that to have a valid reason to shoot us is crazy, the hammer situation is a valid reason as you see in the clip you pasted, your "friends" drew hammers at the clothing store" but that gives you the liable course to shoot 'who attacked you' not the faction members now / group members prior. Rashad Payne, Marcel Bennet, Devontae Stokes, Keyvon Dickerson, Canarsie Toussaint who was killed and Franklin Roach who was shot at (which happened today 19/02/2022) have nothing to so with any interaction yet have been killed. None of the killing happened outside of our turf because we claim both All Swells and 1804 Forum Drive block, it's not new, it's been that way so that is our turf.

Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): So prior to all these events on the 12/2 Ezekiel came around to my turf and at that point he was a minor, dissing my set for reason I don't know, don't know who he is, we beat him up and take his phone, throw him in the bin. A situation with him Teddy Thompson and Jamal Winfree happened where he had ran into Teddy's apartment attacking him, teddy came back out with a hammer and beat him with it PK'ing, the PK'ing part to the scenario was voided by @Connor and both Teddy and Ezekiel were left with a warning but the fight wasn't due to the fact that he was beaten up just 4-5 hours before this and failed to portray fear as a minor to the area, so it's clear provoking. The attack on him coming back when he was attacked with a hammer wasn't though. The next day Ezekiel had aged up his character and has been seen scouting the neighbour ever since he was told to RP fear as a minor, every interaction since then has been shootings yesterday he came by shooting at Rashad Payne and Jamal Winfree, killing Rashad who had no part in any interactions what so ever, Then comes back today killing Jamal Winfree at 16:21 server time with no RP of pulling a carbine rifle, no duffle to RP it, gunning him down. it's now an hour and six minutes later he's returned with a masked individual and himself, gunning down me and Marcel Barnett and a officer Javier Morillo. If you pay attention to Jamal's clip he is not a minor meaning he aged up to be able to have reduced recoil on the carbine and in my attack an hour later he had requested age down, showing yet again from Connor's report failure to portray his character.
