Overall Explanation (250 word limit) : Braxton Hayes was among a group of friends in the parking lot behind a business venture owned by a close friend of his. As the group were hanging out, as you do. A group of four, masked individuals rounded a corner with guns drawn and immediately held the group up. Despite understanding the robbery rules and suspecting a slight bit of foul play was happening, the roleplay was not halted and was rightfully continued until the group fled after approximately spending ten minutes or so robbing the group.
The four masked members fled towards the road where it is suspected they entered a vehicle, fleeing the scene. It is also suspected the group travelled far from their residential anchor to conduct said mugging. The report is simply to ensure fair play had occurred and the rules were upheld.

You were unbanned not even a week ago coming off from a ONE YEAR ban and you've managed to once again find yourself in a situation where you've broken multiple rules. Regardless if you said you were having internet issues or not, I went ahead and checked the log system and found the follow:

Between the first initial time and the time you logged out as shown from this report, you were mapping your house. There is no disconnects, reconnects during that period of time which would suggest your internet was perfectly fine.
You are going to be banned for ONE WEEK and once that period of time has been finished, you will be on a last warning for a much lengthy ban if you rule-break once more.

To conclude this report. It's to my understanding that another situation has arisen from this shooting and I have been in contact with the admin handling that report also. With the information provided to me by both sides it is clear to me that although there has not been a rule break in the current circumstances, I can understand why the reporting party may think there has been.
It's to my understanding that both players factions were involved in a non-violence or non-weapons conflict but as the defending party rightfully said, gangs in their nature aren't going to simply stick to that kind of an agreement when situations arise and escalate further and further.
I feel there is insufficient evidence to backup that Hector Padilla was snitching to the cops. It's to my understanding that he approached the Police which could have been seen as a red flag but the reported party wouldn't of known what was said.
Having said that, back and forth fighting, stomping out other members of rival gangs and posting it on social media is a form of goading, that in itself was always going to cause escalation and that's what I will base my sole reasoning on, a strong and valid reason for that to be escalated into a shooting. Multiple sources online will backup that theory when it comes to shootings, especially goading and provoking a rival set.
I appreciate everyone's patience on the matter. No further action will be taken.

To conclude this report:
The reason we always ask for both sides to provide their side of events because it always will paint the bigger picture. With this report, I can see why both sides acted the way they did. You had the victim in this case defending his sisters business, acting as a somewhat bouncer type character within the club environment due to his family ties. And then the reporting side that were together in a group, partying it up when they got themselves involved in a situation that probably could have been avoided.
The idea of maiming somebody rather than killing them outright is interesting, it develops a deeper form of roleplay which can lead to multiple things, that being a police investigation, self revenge from Igor himself or many other avenues. Unfortunately in this case, it went from a planned maiming to a shootout.
With the main person now server banned that was mentioned in this report Joseph Dupont and his very detailed explanation on what happened, I only see the most viable punishment is simply the logging out before the 30 minute mark, when it comes to anything else. The main person is banned and those that did the stabbing, (although the automatic /me's are in poor taste) did roleplay their injuries from the shooting.
The scene is a rather messy one, I'm opting to rule a void on this situation. Any lost items from yourself @FatCatTuxedocan be refund requested.
I remind everyone that although you may feel your character is in the clear, please always give time for any pursuing parties like law enforcement or the victims themselves to try and locate you, once the 30 minutes has passed? You're free to log out as the rules state that would be enough time. Unfortunately in this case, the character Joseph Dupont logged out 15 minutes after the crime and thus will be warned for that.

A handful of support staff came through also and worked behind the scenes doing a lot of the leg work for us admins which resulted in the reports being handled much quicker, so massive shout-out to them too. 🙏

Commendable that you see the error in the way you handled things after being shot 7 times, everything needs to be realistically portrayed.
Has there been any jail-time served because of this or has it remained fully just between the pair of you without affecting anyone elses roleplay? @debo @SavageX

And you have logs that would back up this statement? Because the logs provided by another admin to me show zero of this happening. If you can provide me your in-game name and the name of the AFK passenger this would be extremely relevant to the report.

Just ran your logs. Why's there absolutely no communication between you and the driver of the vehicle before you stole that car? You both seemed quite well in sync for two people not speaking in-character.

Seeing as neither player has decided to respond well over the 48 hour mark I shall post my conclusion on the report -
Although video evidence would have been more sufficient in this report, I can without a doubt come to the outcome that Demarco Flenory did not roleplay their injuries within a standard we expect here in this community. Therefore the following punishment will be taken against them:
Demarco Flenory will be admin jailed for 180 minutes for Common Courtesy: Failure to roleplay the injuries of a fight.
As for Raymond Wallace, their is minimal evidence and at most speculation they were involved in metagaming, although it can happen with ease, I need to be fully satisfied a rulebreak has taken place before ruling a punishment.
