    Regarding the bullets, that is entirely my fault. I didn't notice I had to slide the slider all the way to the right, was not intentional, I will give you them if you PM me in-game. I am also in-game right now. I would try to save the gun before 49 bullets, it's practically worthless and I have a LEO CCW and can just get more.

     

    The rest I will leave up to Zarina, fairly simple report this time so don't need a back and fourth. The RP specifically said you are checking my torso for 'pockets', rather than running your hands around my waistband and then having me lean forward for you to even be able to get your hands behind my waistband.

    I didn't tell you what you'd find because I was waiting for /rob, which I then told you on /do what would have been found so far. Apologies if this caused issues with your RP but the main fact remains you have to RP the entire thing in advance, and do a single /rob, not two after RPing more. I then have to tell you on /do what you would have found based on what you roleplayed feeling/searching,

     

    As we have DM'd, I didn't wanna report and I don't want punishment for him..- just a refund of the items is good for me. Both sides are clear I think, let me know if any more detail needed from me.

    Cristian Arias performed a robbery on myself. It was entirely roleplayed and up to standard, but took a turn when he performed a frisk of my person which didn't turn up a gun where he looked, then did /rob, seen the gun OOCly then continued RPing a search of my person to then do another /rob that he found it. I tried to warn IG as I don't want to make reports on people, but he insisted so I gave gun and have created this report.

     

    Accusation 1 (50 words): Metagaming. Searched my person, didn't find the gun, used the OOC frisk command to see I had a gun and then continue searching.

    I am Alexander Nash in this complaint, also replying to my portion.

     

    Accusation 2(50 words): Powergaming/Advert abuse - Used the advertisement script to deliver me to the hitmen, I put out an advert for security, he responded, delivered me to the hitmen, didn't actually do any security work - used the advertisement script as a way to gain a benefit. Very cheap way of roleplaying a hit, in my opinion.

     

    The definition of power gaming is: It is not allowed to perform actions which would not be possible in real life either, this is not limited to roleplay through /me. It is not allowed to force actions upon another player. You are not allowed to roleplay a non-player character.

     

    I have not broken this rule, my actions were possible in real life and were not forced upon Hakim.

     

    I am not sure what part of the advertising rules I have broken. However, like power gaming, there is no part in the advertising rules that cover the accusation. The closest thing would be the robbery rules that state you cannot rob from an advertisement, but this does not cover what occurred here.

     

    In summary, I have read both rules from top to bottom, and at no time does either rule come close to being broken, let alone actually be broken. 

    You can now purchase max trucking rank, is this not pay to win?

    Detailed Description

    I noticed while doing some trucking on one of my characters that they added an automated message every delivery that if you don't want to grid, you can now purchase trucking ranks on the world point shop. I didn't believe it at first until I went to check and seen it costs 1000 World Points.

     

    I personally have grinded for about a year to get to 1000 deliveries, not that it really matters but I am more concerned about the fact on a heavy roleplay server that you can PURCHASE ranks for gain.

    Remove a pay to win feature that makes the server look bad.

    Date of incident: 03/08/2022

    Rules broken: 

    • Leaving the game just after an active situation, it is required to wait at least 30 minutes as people might be actively looking for your character, unless all parties agrees to let you log off.

    Names of witnesses (if applicable): Anastasia Galiani

    Explanation of the incident (500 word limit): During an active police scene, the main Sergeant (Andrew Demchenko) that essentially had ordered lower police officers to arrest me went offline mid scene. He said an IC excuse of 'I need to go and check evidence' but he really logged off. Usually I wouldn't care about this but this practically lead to me being arrested as the officers involved were unable to do anything otherwise due to the Sergeant telling them to arrest me. Andrew logged off with my firearm and I was unable to discuss, or make any form of IC appeal to him due to him logging off.

     

    The rule broken is clear, he logged off during the scene, not 30 minutes after it.

     

    Evidence: I unfortunately did not manage to record him leaving but he was present at 03:18 and was gone within around 5 minutes of this (for server administration to verify).

    my unpopular take:

    crying about the gang problem OOC doesn’t solve anything IC and then going to those neighborhoods looking for some sort of “interesting” role-play other than getting robbed and possibly killed because you’re not from the area is dumb for both you and your character. and if you’re an illegal faction and you try to hoe another one crying about it OOC is lame when you got exactly what you expected. don’t expect to stride if you can’t step.
