This will be my last reply to this report. This is verbatim from the rules.
"CCTV cameras have to be mapped in before they are considered present. Attempting to claim a camera exists when there is no item there is powergaming. OOC recordings can be used as the footage pulled from CCTV cameras, in the absence of OOC recording, players are able to challenge CCTV footage if they believe the recording party may have forgotten or falsified details."

You did not map any exterior camera on the outside of your property. A ring camera would fall under this rule as it A) allows you to record footage and B) allows you to view people approaching your property. With no external camera, how can we counter or react to your roleplay without even knowing it's there? How are we supposed to spray over a ring camera or anything of the sort if we don't know it's there? Your argument is nonsensical.
You also claim that the robbery was "rushed." You fell for a honey pot involving our female who was enticing you to have sex at your home. You got excited and rushed home to engage in this roleplay eagerly. Our decoy expressed her discomfort several times but still went through with the roleplay. This roleplay transpired over several hours. This isn't a situation where it's a questionable scenario. The rule is right there in front of you. It's black and white. Despite many attempts at conveying this to you, you rejected all of it. You ruined our roleplay for the night and we did not appreciate it.
Finally, although irrelevant to the report, I'd like to ask how a middle-aged man working in the sheriff's department is able to afford such a luxurious penthouse apartment. But I guess that is an RPQM issue.

Overall Explanation (250 word limit): This player roleplayed a ring camera with no /cim, /scene/ or external camera on his doorstep or anywhere in the area. He powergamed it as we were about to break into his apartment and mug him of his casino winnings. He briefly got out of his apartment, went under gunpoint, and instantly got back in and called the police. This player wasted the two hours we allotted to setting up this mugging and didn't even attempt to reason with us on an OOC scale. The player had over $300,000 on his person and was about to be robbed for all of it until he powergamed a random camera. We want the ill-gotten funds that would've been stolen if the player had broken no rules. It was also said that Milot is a PD officer. This seriously concerns me as his mentality is that of a play-to-win player and has no place on the server. Again, I want to emphasize how he blatantly ruined the roleplay that transpired over several hours because of his refusal to take a loss. I have never been so appalled by a player in my life, disgusting.

My character’s name is Mason Hughes. I am not the one recording this video. I am the individual in the black hoodie. This altercation was not a drunken bar fight. The issue began when Eugene approached one of my faction’s leaders girlfriends and attempted to speak with her. He was promptly denied. Eugene then decided to make a disrespectful comment towards her due to rejection. My character heard this and confronted the girlfriend to confirm what was said. My character, Mason Hughes, had never spoken with Eugene. Mason took it upon himself to act on the situation. I can send the logs privately to confirm this.
To prelude this, all reporting party members are a part of or affiliated with a skinhead gang. These gangs are notoriously violent and run rampant throughout the prison system. Usually, when a person’s loved one is disrespected, it’s met with hostilities and violence. This was not a simple drunken brawl.

The reasons firearms where drawn was to uphold the goal of jumping Eugene. Eugene was to be beat down and face IC repercussions for his actions. He clearly wasn’t stopping IC so firearms was thought to make him stop. We pulled them out in the parking garage due to it being a secluded area hoping to accomplish our goal quickly since three skinheads were chasing two people down a busy boulevard.

Kyle tried to jump from the ledge and tackle Eugene as he ran down the steps. Unfortunately, he didn’t have time to really roleplay anything. Once he saw that his movement wasn’t being acknowledged, he moved on.

Due to the nature of the situation, being arrested for a crime such as this would’ve been something to be proud of. Those extra few seconds of the assault would’ve been worth the charge. If my character were cuff up on this type of charge, it would have not been something to be ashamed of. Eugene was to be assaulted, regardless of the consequences. This is how skinheads operate in and out of the penitentiary system. My character had nothing to be ashamed of if they incarcerated him.

Banks’ tires being blown out can be seen as an escalatory measure. it’s indeed excessive and stupid but can still be kept within the realm of IC. a young gangbanger is given a gun early on into his life and misuses it. It is within the server rules and has repercussions within an IC context, he could’ve been arrested or face internal issues within the faction.
The main reason Kyle shot was to prevent Banks and Eugene from escaping. Again, it’s highly reckless but I still feel as though it can be justified from an IC standpoint.
Obviously, there should be IC repercussions for doing this as shooting the duo was never part of the plan.
I’d also like to take this opportunity to highlight the car situation. This is the main point of contention for my reason for creating this report. Banks tries to run my character over with his vehicle that has already had his tires blown out. This goes against in game server rules and/or makes no sense in an IC context because:
A) Banks has no back tires, they’ve been blown out and his vehicle is now immobilized to a hefty degree.
B) Banks runs his now unconscious friend over to kill my character
C) Mason Hughes poses no lethal threat to anyone, there is no point of running him over
D) Running someone over like this is against server rules
This response showed by banks has no place in an IC context, needlessly escalated the conflict, and didn’t add any relevant role play to anyone because of PKs being used.
It’s not my intention to point fingers. I think collectively this was a nooby scenario. I really don’t want any parties punished here. I’m very open to doing a re-rp or anything of the like, if possible.

This is the last time I'll be responding to this report unless directed by an admin. I'd just like to make it clear, this is not my POV. I am Mason Hughes, the individual in the black hoodie. This was recorded by an assossiate.

I had beaten Eugene unconscious and did not kill him. I opened fire on the vehicle after you attempted to run me over. Even then, I still did not murder Eugene. He was still in injured state until the associate in the video shoots him in the hand by accident, causing him to die.
I never intended to murder anyone. My hand was forced.

Overall Explanation (250 word limit): We tried to jump this individual in a nightclub over a verbal altercation. He runs faster than Usain Bolt after being hit in the head with a beer bottle and several fists. After beating one player unconscious, the other attempts to run me over, with no back tires to kill my character. He runs over his own unconscious friend. I pull out my pistol and kill the driver before running off. I'm not happy with how the situation transpired. I had no intention of killing anyone until my character's life was in jeopardy. While I understand situations like this can transpire because of the heat of the moment, I don't think they held this situation up to server standard. I don't understand why Timothy Banks tried to run me over with no roleplay and with no rear tires to kill me. I was not continuously beating his friend after I knocked him unconscious and clearly had no intention of killing anyone. I don't seek to have anyone punished but I wish to have the situation voided.
Accusation 1 (50 words): Eugene Anderson sprinted off for several blocks after having been hit with a beer bottle and punched in the jaw by two other assailants. Timothy Banks for attempting to run me over with his back wheels blown out. Eugene and Timothy both failing to stop after the showcase of firearms.
