    This isn't an awful idea but I'd imagine due to technical limitations it would come with a command similar to /fixrevive, due to actual desync issues and such, and (in my opinion) the biggest problem with medical roleplay is people don't want to do it often, and as a result it would just nullify it. You could add that system but its just gonna be "/b desync?" "/b yep" and both parties /fixinjuries and drive on.

     

    Anyone who's played here long enough and is real with themselves know that the vast majority of car crashes are voided by each party due to "lag" or whatever whether it was lag or not, because they just don't wanna roleplay it. 

     

    It would be nice for medical RP to get a push and some updates but you're never going to be able to force people to engage in it, and it seems like a lot of players don't want to, not saying this to say the admin team shouldn't try I'm just stumped on how you'd really accomplish it.

    I did not tell him I'm going to call the cops. I told you/him I can "really be a fag about this", at which point your friend ran up to me and said I was calling the cops, and I told him "Not those cops" (alluding to where we are now). I'll gladly take a metagame warning or prison if the handling admin sees fit, it wasn't appropriate of me and I acknowledged that in the forum post, all I'd say in my defense is people often use in game lingo to allude to OOC aspects, such as server restarts, admin actions, PKs and the like. That's not to say it was appropriate of me, especially in an active roleplay situation, it just muddied things, however, it doesn't change the fact that Quandale attacked me for no reason, posted up a /me after, then justified it post-hoc and is clearly bullshitting. Everything you did wrong took place before I even uttered that sentence, so it's not gonna save you sadly, maybe it'll get me in some trouble though 🤷.

    Well I'm glad in your back and forth contradiction of trying to figure out your justification for why you attacked me you at least at one point admitted the reality, you attacked me without reason because "bullies don't need reasons".

    I'm a grown man, if you think someone calling me gay, fag, whatever, especially over the internet bothers me, I don't know what to tell you. The reason I'm doing the most is because I get annoyed with low quality illegal RP and people who think being an illegal RPer is just provoking and shit stirring everywhere they go, there's no depth to it and it doesn't belong on a heavy RP server in my opinion.

    Overall Explanation (250 word limit) : I was bored so I went to check out La Barra. My character hasn't been there since like August. This guy randomly provokes me by calling me a fag which I attempt to brush off and enter the bar, so he instead strikes me, then posts a /me after the fact which can be seen in the video (which apparently isn't allowed but I can't find the shit in the rules but you can see the forum post below). His justification for attacking me is completely made up post-hoc which you'll see in the evidence.

     

     

     

    Accusation 1 (50 words): Deathmatching? I guess? Shitty escalation? Or maybe this is allowed.

    So there's that. After I entered the bar they stuck around a bit, his friend tried to egg him on to further provoke me by claiming I was going to call the cops, at which point Quandale states his reason for attacking me, which can be seen in the screenshot below.

    At first I had no idea what the fuck he was talking about, it wasn't until they left and I /changechar'd to post this report then logged in outside that I noticed this.

    So apparently his justification for attacking me was disrespecting a memorial which was just placed that I hadn't even arrived to yet. AKA he just post hoc made up a reason to attack me.

    Ironically enough this is Emil's only interaction with Robert Teller, it's pretty positive.

    On December 11th Emil replied to an advertisement posted for plumbing services. Tyler Davis eventually arrived at Emil's house and RP'd the plumbing. Once we got to discussing payment however, rather than accepting cash he began a suspicious line of questioning, asking Emil if he owns any guns, if he has a PF, asking Emil if he was a cop, Emil was naturally uneasy, as was Sabrina and she had the intuition to leave and cancel some work she'd previously planned having him do at her place by creating an excuse. Emil remained with Tyler meanwhile as he began to layout his "scheme" in pretty full detail, which left Emil feeling pretty pressured/intimidated, so Emil appeased him, going along with it, hoping he could just blow him off. His scheme was robbing houses, but he assured me they don't come out to Chumash for that, and instead suggested that Emil leave a gun in his car for him to steal, so one of his associates can scratch the serial. Due to the circumstances I felt intimidated and appeased him, assuming he'd want to set something up later, but Tyler immediately went over to the 24/7 in Ineseno and insisted I leave a car there, unlocked, with a gun inside for him to steal. At this point, given he'd already been inside my house, and the circumstances, I felt it was my best bet to get police involved for my own safety. Tyler was arrested for evading police, not for the gun scheme, more on that later.

    Player poses as a Fire Marshal in order to lure me to my house, and refers to me as Mr. Grey, despite me never giving Tyler my name in our initial interaction. I can provide my logs, or I'm sure they can be pulled, and a simple regex search can show that the only time I said my full name the day Tyler was arrested was when I was inside the Hall of Justice speaking to two detectives, obviously, without Tyler present. This is pretty relevant as them referring to me as such definitely influenced my decision to have my guard down, I genuinely did believe my house was on fire, and I genuinely did believe Tyler did it in retaliation, I did not expect, what would actually happen.

    Evidence:

    After receiving the phone call that my house was on fire, and falling for it, I immediately called Sabrina to tell her my house was on fire, and that Tyler did it, I said this because Emil really doesn't have any other enemies or anyone seeking retaliation other than Tyler. Then this transpired (if you're wondering why the hell Emil has a machete, I got the call as I was just finishing a shift at my restaurant down the road where I use the machete for RP and rushed to my house)

     

    I feel this is clearly very poor reasoning to retaliate with murder, Tyler wasn't even charged for his scheme he was attempting to setup, he was charged for evading. Sabrina and Emil also both declined to testify against Tyler when speaking with detectives at the Hall of Justice specifically so we could avoid something like this from happening. I also don't wanna harp on things too much or seem like I'm stacking the books against him here but I find it pretty silly that after being slashed twice by Emil, and Tyler seeing Emil go down, he was more concerned with calling Emil a rat and slitting his throat rather than getting to safety to treat his wounds, and given he knows people witnessed him chasing me.

    Evidence: Refer to the previous video. He may or may not have done this, I have no way of telling due to the nature of how he decided to handle this. The only roleplay lines / dialog I got from him start to finish were "rat" and /me slits Emil's throat.

    Evidence: The only reason Emil and Tyler ever met was because Tyler posted an advertisement for plumbing services.

    Given Tyler spent at most 5 minutes doing the plumbing RP, probably less, and immediately jumped into his scheme I don't think much more needs to be said about that.

     

    Accusation 5 (50 words): What rule was broken and a brief summary. 13 (Abusing a Purchase Firearm License (PF License)

    While I have no idea if Tyler has gotten IFM approval and this was considered a "scheme", I'm skeptical that it is. I'd say he's sort of baiting people into breaking this rules if they're unknowing of it which, admittedly would be their fault, but he's still facilitating it. "the sale of PF weapons happens without FM approval for your character to actively use the license for the sale/providing of weaponry to others"

     

     

     

     

    To put a bow on this I feel I responded to an ad, was then pressured / intimidated into doing something Emil wouldn't want to, so I called the cops, and Tyler's response is to kill Emil, I'm pretty sure literally the day he got out of jail none the less. I feel it's also pretty relevant that Tyler was never charged for the scheme he had planned, simply for evading, and when detectives offered a route to try to get evidence to charge Tyler with his scheme, both Emil, and Sabrina declined to testify out of fear of something stupid like this happening. Have a good one ♥. I alerted Tyler in game, I wasn't able to alert Travis because he wasn't online, I have no idea how soon he logged after making that phone call to me.

     

    EDIT 2 - I  feel it's appropriate to point out that ~8 hours after murdering me and more importantly taking multiple machete swipes himself, Tyler has posted a new ad and is seemingly continuing his scheme. As the timestamp here shows.

    I've hung out at Cafe Redemption 2-3 times the past few weeks as a mutual friend of Ava's and I owns the place. Any amount of time I've spent outside has been extremely minimal because usually if any of us see cars or bikes passing we get noided and try to avoid interactions like the one that took place in this complaint. Any time we spent inside chatting was not during public openings and the doors were locked so you've definitely never seen me inside. Any time we've spent outside again, has been very minimal, and I can tell you for a fact if a car slowed down or approached us for long enough to even overhear a conversation of ours we would've went inside. None of us are that dumb or new to the city. I did not attend the recent XTC opening so you didn't see me there, I don't believe I've been to XTC ever, my character doesn't club often at all.

     

    In response to me being a known gay character you didn't have to do me dirty like that 😭 and it just shows how little you do know of my character. I'm an ally at best as I do hang around some gay characters, but Emil's personal situation couldn't be further from it.

     

    The idea it'd be as simple as overhearing a conversation is silly as it's not like me or Ava are constantly referring to each other by name, even in groups, especially with the command /to existing. I'll refrain from posting further unless asked to by an admin as I don't wanna clog up the report and make this any more of a task for them 👋

    Regardless, even if I gave you the BOTD that these messages somehow don't show some level of organization between you and your friends, I don't think I gotta into detail about all the reasons why this was a very poor robbery. I'll spare the admin any back and forth, I've said all I have to say here.

     

    Also the underlined and italicized line (OD I know) why were you covering the camera beforehand if you had no intention of robbing us?

    Some of the wording in the original post is confusing then and there's still a lot of ambiguity / information missing. The way I read the original post is that any player can make up to 5 signal jammers a week, if that's the case unless it's just due to a lack of available info I don't see how it's going to take long before they're super common, especially with 100 choppable cars spawning.

     

    I'm still unsure if "A limit of five vehicles per day has been imposed on the chopping system to avoid unrealistic chaining of thefts." means that a single player / faction can chop up to five vehicles per day, or if a shop can only chop up to 5 cars a day, or if its even that 5 chops a day can happen period across the server, it's ambiguous.

    I meant particularly the aspect of it spawning random NPC cars that have lootboxes feels RPGy, I wouldn't care if there was a revamp to chopping, but the NPC loot crate stuff is a weird direction to take the server in (imo). I admittedly have nearly zero experience with illegal RP so who knows.

    Overall Explanation (250 word limit): Bored late night / early morning and nothings open so I go to a 24/7 in Mirror Park to buy some items. The cashier proceeds to follow us outside after, while still on shift, working at the open business, and robs us, and claims it's okay because it's "petty theft". I don't think I need to go into detail about how unrealistic this is and how it violates rule 10 so yeah here's the evidence.

     

    Accusation 1 (50 words): Rule 10, maybe rule 2? Just overall horrible portrayal and unrealistic way of setting up a robbery.

    Evidence: https://streamable.com/11m4kd here's a video that will show you he was clearly working at the 24/7, checks us both out, then follows us outside, remaining on shift throughout the robbery, which you'll see by the business being lit green throughout the rest of the evidence.

    This is essentially violating the "you've baited the victim using the advertisement script as either the buyer or seller" but on steroids, dudes getting script pay to rob us at the 24/7 he opened.

    Comment: There's a level of bravery required to come forward with a story like this, especially when men's rights are under such heavy attack. After reviewing the situation, and the evidence provided I must say I have no doubts that you had only the purest of intentions when you invited a co-worker, not just a co-worker a staffer of yours that you have authority over, back to your own home for drinks. This is par for the course, my boss is always taking me back to their place for drinks 🥂. Absolved as far as I'm concerned #IStandWithLuca
