I’m not going to sit here and lie, say the messages are false, forged or taken out of context.
They are exactly what you see in those screenshots, they are my words. I would however like to give a brief explanation as to why I went about it this way with @bidi bidi bom bom at the time.
At the time of these messages, I had only just had my supplier status accepted the same month (April 2020). I initially did find myself overwhelmed and not knowing how to properly go about pricing and distributing these weapons I was given as it wasn’t something I had much experience with. Due to this, I did resort to confiding in a good friend at the time who I took advice from in terms of how to price the weapons correctly and not “scam” others.
In the first screenshot (https://i.imgur.com/wo1Rc7c.png) you can see me asking if the pricing was okay (this goes back to my inexperience and not wanting to “scam” players). This is however the incorrect approach. If I was inexperienced, I should have conducted the proper roleplay to gain this experience and not gone about it through out of character means. I understand this mistake and I own up to it fully.
In the second screenshot (https://i.imgur.com/PN5k81e.png) I had just gotten home from an 11 hour work shift, limiting the amount of time I had to log in-game and play. This caused me to decide I’d ask out of character what weapons they’d want as I knew I had limited time in-game. Again, I am in the wrong.
In the third screenshot (https://i.imgur.com/90WgmFo.png) I simply made an error and forgot to bring one of the firearms that I had intended to bring to the deal. I believe this to have been an out of character error from being tired alongside also just simply not realizing a weapon was missing from my inventory. It didn’t seem that damaging or wrong to go back, get the weapon and then bring it however I can see the issue with that and my comment about being spectated does not make it any better. So once again, I do own up to this mistake.
In regards to the last screenshot (https://i.imgur.com/NS7ZVrX.png) in which all my messages are deleted. This is in fact true and I did recently delete all my messages with him for multiple reasons. @bidi bidi bom bom and I used to be close friends until we had a falling out last year. After his recent ban off the server and his faction closing, I decided to go back and delete these messages not because of these screenshots but because many of them contained private information about my personal life and others that I did not wish to have leaked. I was worried he would want to cause as much damage as he could after this ban from the server, so I went through with deleting all my conversations with him.
As you may have also noticed, all these messages are from around the same time (April 26th). Like I said before, I was new to supplier and I didn’t wish to go about it incorrectly, especially with a close friend. After all of this, I never went about any of my dealings in a similar fashion as I now had the experience and I knew how to carry it out correctly (even realizing my mistakes). This was a lapse of judgement and I have never gone about it like this again. This however does not absolve me from any fault or blame.
I take full responsibility for my actions a year ago and I do not wish for this to fall onto my faction and its current leadership who have worked tirelessly throughout the year to bring it to where it is. I'm at fault and nobody else.
