I've read about the new drug system and I saw that you need labs to create drugs. Can't my character cook some crack inside my house or do I have to get the lab, then I have to be claimed as a 'cook' by an admin? It seems like a lot of 'forum talk' to roleplay as a criminal. Can the lab be set in my house and I decorate it how I want it? How do I go about all of this?

Let's say I have a car chopped by someone and this car had custom wheels and a spoiler. If the car gets chopped, is it possible to get those as items? Is it even possible to have wheels as an item or do you have to be a mechanic with a script?
