Hello, I am one of the masks that was present during this (James Moore), I did have to log off after this due to IRL things that needed to be handled, I did wait a while to see if I got any PMs or anything and got not a single one, we had time to stash the car got into a hidden area than I waited quite a bit to see if I got any pms or anything so we coucld figure it out in game, anyways we pulled up on a man standing out of his car in a alley before hopping out with guns, as soon as he saw our masks he proceeded to hop in his car so we hopped out and aimed out guns, no there was no RP due to you giving us no chance to RP or type anything before you backed up (Your car was against the wall) and drove foward along with spinning around which made us shoot, My character has had many situations where someone tried to hit him with there car so he is paranoid of people who take off in there car when guns are aimed directly at them, I find that lack of fear RP for you to litterally back up than try to take off and turn around not to mention you hit a pole than backed up from that as well still trying to come towards us, I am still currently dealing with issues I am having IRL and I will be replying only to admins, we did not fully kill you we just shot you, if admins check the logs they will see we were pissed it went that way and that was not the intention at all, you trying to drive off and turn around and hit us before we could type anything caused us to defend ourselves. You drove at us trying to hit us/drive off than got shot that is the fact of the matter.

The point here is you did not say anything to us about "fixing graphics" or anything you were also mid conversation with Charlie as we pulled up so clearly you were RPing at the time. When we pulled up and told you to put your hands up which is shown clearly in the video I posted you said nothing you just attempted to run away from two people aiming guns at your head in a allyway, this is not proper fear RP you just ran off when it was just a simple robbery where you would have lived out made us commit a murder due to your improper actions not by fear RPing which is against the rules period, not to mention it ruined our RP, will not be responding again unless an admin requests it.

Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): For the full story an admin can PM me, i'm leaving some parts out because of clear metagameing. Basically we pulled up to rob Ian Cortez and he, upon spotting our gun took off running. He failed to value his life while having not one, but two guns aimed on him. Due to this we shot him. Soon after being shot he logged off, never to return. His friends began circling his body, and we know they are friends because him and quantavious were linked on a report together. Admin Effion confirmed that he had a ceramic pistol, 2 marijuana, and 2 ammo which explains his nonrp behavior and combat logging in hopes of having his buddies pick his firearm up and return it to him. This is clearly a rulebreak, and I would like the outcome to be changed as 1) he decided not to rp realistically to protect his assets, and 2) he decided to log off to protect his ever so precious ceramic pistol. Once my friend noticed he was back in game roughly 30 minutes later he drove back and saw Ian sprinting around exactly where he was killed, and Effion said he had fixrevived. Quantavious logged back in game here as well. Once Ian was slain by Effion, he did not accept death until Quantavious was right on top of him, and was able to take his weapons.

@Bash I searched through all my video footage because I did have it but it seems I deleted it however I do have a clip I sent to someone that I found of it I think this should work for you..
It just shows the basics of how they attacked first and I pulled the gun and shot first because I was asked another of the faction leaders of CWB asking to see it and make sure we are justified. Also sorry about the music I had Spotify playing at the same time xD it's clearly an unedited video besides it being clipped you can hear shots and all. I want to point out once shots were fired they did not run but however continued to attack also I find it interesting how they both attacked at the exact same second with no RP or anything there is no way they both attacked at the exact same time like that unless there was MG involved how did they both know they were both gonna attack at the exact same second?... And for your other question I was not stabbed at all as you can see.. I was Mask....39, Hope this helps! ?

Just wanted to state that FD would not have reacted in mere seconds that is very unrealistic if a shooting occurred outside of a FD they would immediately call the police and wait for them to secure the scene a medical officer would not run headfirst into a gunfight they would be in fear for there life as would anyone else talking about fear RP who's to say the shooter wasn't targeting the fire department staff? No in real life people duck hide and call the cops when a shooting happens that was clearly occuring not to mention that one of the shooters was still alive an litterally with you there... It would have taken atleast a few minutes for police to respond a firefighter is not trained to defend against armed assailants they are trained to heal and save lives that's it, point is any medical staff personal regardless a nurse, doctor, paramedic or fire fighter would never rush straight into an active shooting scene without police being present so mere seconds does not add up period not to mention that we are talking over 4-5 shots to the man's arms and his leg which I will point out again has major arteries (Your Femoral artery specifically if you do not know what I am referring to.) that if hit would leave you bled out within mere seconds litterally and he wouldn't bleed out?? Interesting... Either way Arturo admits himself he would end up dieing from that as shown in my last quote, so it is irrelevant. I will also mention the point of the picture with the ladder is us showing he climbed up the ladder hence there was a ladder there that was buggy on the way down which we already explained. Regarding to the NOW! Thing that is an ad and is shown in other pictures if you simply looked.. Your in the middle of a heavy rp scene so yeah your ads go up a little bit faster... No mg occured here which we already proved as well and admins can check logs no problem anyways to see no MG occured through anyone involved. I will also point out that regardless of what you think on how a tech nine shoots the fact is you were not hit and clearly the man has good aim and a good angle because no one else got hit period and if you did RP it? That just makes 0 sense period because you would be powergaming injuries that's litterally like saying some dude shot at me and missed his shots so I still need to RP getting shot when I was not? Interesting to me..
Since there is such a problem with how you mention tech nine spray please regard to 5mins - 8 mins in this video which the man has over 1m subs and is a very reliable source, I will also point out that he is shooting a tech nine from a 50 foot range with almost perfect accuracy.. Last thing I will point out is that 1 story irl if you simply Google "How tall is 1 story" it is about 14 feet so this was a two story building equivalent to 28 feet irl, Arturo is maybe 5-10 feet out from the building making this shot less than 50 feet away and a shot that would be VERY easy in real life which out can clearly see in the video provided.. Im sorry but this appeal has been for like 80 different reasons now all I'm seeing is straws being grasped at here we have provided everything needed yet your nitpicking for anything possible and pretty much all of it is already proven and has been gone over.. At this point I feel everything has been provided that is needed for the admins and it's pointless.. If anything further is needed from me from admins I will respond again just needed to clairify that.

That's my exact point you said it, no need to come back and try and shoot him again in the head other than OOC motivations to secure your CK app.Hello I was Involved in this as well I think everything was covered besides the fact that this whole appeal is based off of Vincent shooting you and you are clearly admitting right here you would have died from the initial shooting in the first place and that would have resulted in the CK of your character regardless so I don't understand what the point of this appeal is not to mention that I see clearly in the video you posted yourself you are groaning on the ground clearly surviving so I am just confused now you agree that you would have died but you are clearly RPing as alive? In real life you get shot a bunch of times in the arms and also shot in the leg (Where tons of major arteries are and one 9/10 would have been atleast nicked) you would pass out just from loss of blood almost immediately and probably would have died before any FD/SD showed up in general but either way you would definitely not be conscious nor groaning in pain... You agree to this yourself however I just needed to point that out because I don't understand how this can be appealable if your dead either way.. Also are we not allowed to take risks with our characters? Why not? Because it was done and we got away..? If he was caught he would have faced the consequences and if he was shot and killed by anyone he would have been CKd as well.. People do tons of crazy things every day in the real world especially when revenge is involved, public and school shootings, middle of the club, malls and etc.. If anything more is needed from me from admins I will respond again but I think everything needed to be said has been said besides that.
