    Yes, there's groups of Nortenos in SoCal who form 'regiments'. But said regiments likely aren't going out of their way to operate in the open or to target Surenos exclusively, especially if they're in a city where literally every other Latino gang is hostile towards them.

    County Regiments would be the more realistic approach as they are the more "lowkey" version of the Norteno structure. Only time a regiment is really called upon to act out is usually on their own people, very rarely would they involve themselves in street business, i.e sureno on norteno beef in Northern Cali. As long as these regiments are being roleplayed in the correct areas, i.e Grapeseed, which is basically a watered down version of Bakersfield, although again, the Norteno influence in Bakersfield is slowly dying away, with the two major Norteno gangs in there basically defunct due to the San Jose Regiment arrests, which brought down most of the Bakersfield-San Jose connection. 


    The regiment option is probably the more viable approach to take as it will allow you to roleplay the Nuestra Raza in the county jail, who drip feed information to the "O" on potential arrivals, when they hit the mainline. Best approach, IMO, this will then allow you to reach out to the potential black car, and the others. While also holding a minor outside traffic, with a few guys or girls as the regiments prefer to use on the streets to build connections/relations.

    Roleplayed a Norteno for quite a bit back on LSRP, I also created the guide on there, which a lot of people now use to portray the organization correctly. The Norteno culture is one of the hardest, but most interesting concepts someone can roleplay, unlike the Mexican Mafia, the Nuestra Familia's whole structure is a lot tighter, due to their militant and paramilitary ways. I noticed someone said "Nortenos are defensive", not entirely true, some of their regiments (groups that control vast territories for the "O" (Nuestra Familia) are some of the most aggressive groups in California, the Salinas Regiment being a prime example of such regiment with brutal intentions. 

    Can the Nuestra Familia work both inside & outside? Yes. Why? The Nuestra Familia have two forms of organizational structure on the street, you have;

    Street gangs; commonly carry out the general duties for the Nuestra Familia.

    County Regiments; this is where things become complicated. Members of Norteno regiments give up their ways of gang banging and fall under direct command of an NF General, or his "regimental commander". These guys don't go about claiming or throwing up gangs signs, they very much operate like a hyper-organized mafia. These are the cream of the crop Norteno gang members. Some regiments do have business in southern California, in-fact both the Mexican Mafia and the Nuestra Familia's street regiments have done business together, while this is very rare, it does happen between certain regiments as money talks on the streets, but most of the time these regiments work hand-in-hand with African-American gangs.

    If you are looking to start-up one, I would suggest taking the regiment route and going from there, no harm in roleplaying in the county prison system either, just roleplay as Nuestra Familia's footsoldiers, which is the Nuestra Raza, who most of the time hold high ranking positions within county regiments.

    Server lacks an authentic drug trafficking organization that focuses on profit and product distribution, rather than being about power and hellbent on murder.

     

    I may make one, but not 100% in-tune with the server yet and it's on-goings regarding drug roleplay. So we'll wait and see if the Xalisco DTO concept could work here, as I know a few bais been asking if we'll bring our concept from LSRP to here to liven up dat heroin market, uhuh.
