I definitely agree with the last bit in the main post, some occasional little events or things happening would be great for generating RP that isnt just clubs, clubs, clubs, oh look everyone is at another club, oh look a club again- you get the point.
Not all gangs and crime have to be players, if shit is quiet one day make some stuff go down somewhere to make some RP. Or make a storm arrive or a wildfire spread out of control or something. Lots of things one could do, ranging from small scale to large scale. Not asking for some grand, bigass storyline thing, but at least something to do that isnt just everyone forming up in a big club and the entire rest of the city being a ghost town most of the time.
I also have to agree with the bit on the cars a little as well, I highly doubt most of those cars would be street legal honestly.
I would also like to add my own point of sorts: Why on Earth is it easier to acquire a gun than it is to purchase a simple, small knife for self defense or something along those lines that isnt just a massive jump up to getting a firearm's licence and what not? Its a wee bit silly.
