    How many people did you rob that day/night? And why did you think that it was a good idea to steal a luxury vehicle and then have a minor drive it, clearly knowing that it would realistically attract a lot of attention? I'm not a fan of kidnapping people just to take them to the county and rob them, in my opinion that's really, really poor roleplay.

     

    Also, murdering your victim after robbing him just because you failed to cover your faces doesn't sit well with me either. It just looks like a poor excuse to kill others if they say anything.

     

    I can see why you'd think that your victim talking back could be questionable, but at the same time I can also see @phantom_'s point of view. Before I conclude this, I'd like you guys to answer these questions for me.

    Hey Banks, we robbed maybe 5 people that night. Stealing and using the luxury SUV for one of the robberies was an oversight on my part. Didn't realize we were using such an expensive vehicle to rob somebody, especially whilst being a minor. 

     

    Once getting John inside of our car, I made it my goal to get him further from any roads with potential police presence. Instead of going into an alleyway and risk being seen by air or such, I decided to take it to the highway and put distance between us and where we picked him up initially.

    We didn't murder him because we failed to cover our face. I'm pretty sure if you look back at the logs, it was me who requested Aaron to shoot. I did so because of the numerous threats he spoke to us, and for threatening my characters own mother. It was a combination of the fear for ourselves and for the disrespect by threatening ones mother that we killed him.

    Thanks for showing respect throughout this whole post.

    To say that you simply disregarded the threat of having a firearm pointed at you because your character is an adult and the person pointing the gun is a minor seems a bit invalid to me. When having a firearm pointed directly in your face, and being pressed up against you, one should RP the proper amount of fear and should not utter threats towards ones well being or the well being of their family, I believe.

     

     We did shoot John for the threats he had made towards ourselves, as we genuinely feared for our characters safety. If this is in breach of the server rules, I do apologize and will shape up to assure it doesn't happen again.

I'm sorry it ended this way, if John had not threatened us numerous times at gun point, maybe some more interesting RP could have been developed from the situation. But after being threatened so many times I felt as if it was the necessary thing to do.

    As for the rule about killing people after you rob them, I am aware of this rule. I think there are exceptions to be made if the person being robbed provokes being killed, such as by threatening them or etcetera. I'll look into quoting it exactly.

    I also can see if I or Aaron have any screenshots of the direct threats being made by John. Ty

    It is true though, I didn't stay up just to give a statement in order to maliciously get back at you. I planned on RPing my injuries until the script killed me, in which Gary found me and saved my life. I too, wanted to see, if you'd loot my body after the shootout - as about a minute after i died, you were circling my corpse on your BMX waiting for me to accept death(for 20+ minutes). You did move in to loot my body, and an admin punished you for it iirc

    "The officer found Blaise Bartley after the server restart, so I am confident that Blaise abused the server restarting to roleplay alive and to hide his injuries. " 

     

    This isn't true, he found me before the restart, took me to the hospital where we npc'd my surgery and me being available after some time.(2 days) The restart happened right before the rp of him actually questioning me. 

     

    And as for the headshot, I was rping being able to survive it as i was never finished, and we had went to the hospital to NPC the injuries accordingly. I had went through surgery ICly and was available to give a statement after 2 days.
