As of recently, she's been getting more involved with the local street gang, known as the Eastside Bounty Hunter Bloods, due to growing up in that area. Aaliyah decided that she didn't want to end up being an outcast, or an easy target for the rival gang known as the Rollin 60's Neighborhood Crips. So, not only for protection but also for the financial benefits to help support her mother who's been struggling financially after her father's incarceration, she's been committing petty crimes and acting out, in attempt to gain respect amongst her peers and prove that she's worthy of becoming an official member of the set.

STATE OF MIND: After years of being neglected by their drug-addicted mother, Tiara finally snapped. She decided that she simply couldn't take it anymore and ended up moving out to live with a relative for a little over a year. However, due to a recent tragic event, Tiara ended up moving back home. Tiara's current mindset is to make enough money to move out of the hood. Her main goal is to open up her own hair salon and use the money to help support herself and her sister, Kiara.

A fight suddenly breaks out between one of Aaliyah's affiliates and a member of a rival street gang.

Aaliyah goes on a cruise around the neighborhood with a known high ranking member of the Bounty Hunter Bloods.

Aaliyah was recently grazed in the arm by rival gang members who opened fire at her and her associates. She tells her close friends about what happened.

"Girlz n the Hood" During a regular day of just hanging out with friends, drinking and cracking jokes. Suddenly, one of Aaliyah's friends gets into a physical altercation with another one. Right after the fight was over, a group of rival gang members pulled up and immediately open fire upon the group, leaving Jasmine in critical condition. At this very moment, Aaliyah realized how serious this life really was an began to regret what she's gotten herself into.
