Detailed Description   Lowering the cost of an exterior kit to panda points rather than world points.

How will it benefit the server?    It would allow people who don't have money to spend willy-nilly create and provide passive role-play. Panda points are in a useless state at the moment, allowing them to be spent on exterior furniture for an hour to create role-play is a better use for them. Fifteen world points for a few hours of exterior furniture seems far too much. Admins also do not provide exterior kits for barbeques or any other events, you can only obtain one by buying it for fifteen world points.
