Snow for December to mid January?

Detailed Description I'd like to see snow happening once more in the server. Last year we had it for about two days and then it got removed from the server for, if I recall right, that it bugged in interiors. We got a very simple solution to this: Make the property weather command available for everyone during the time we have snow in the server. I do agree that before we even come close to deciding for the fun of it, we need to make sure our interiors are properly kept first- which could be something that is unfixable..
