A tragic night

At around the time of 00:00 on the 4th of August, 2021, if not sooner. A pursuit was initiated on a black Dinka Blista Kanjo with the license plate "QDB506" that was actively evading from marked police units after the vehicle was reportedly armed. The vehicle's occupants began opening fire on the pursuing police vehicles, which led to a pager being called out to SWAT personnel due to the violent nature of the incident. At around a certain point in the pursuit, visual of the vehicle was lost for a few moments, which led to a marked police unit to stumble across Julieta Levine attempting to hide by a bush on Senora Road. There, according to AIR-1's narrative and to dashcam footage recovered from the police unit's vehicle, the officer was fired upon by Levine, with the officer being run over by an unknown party shortly afterward outside of the dashcam's frame, most likely the same Blista Kanjo, the officer succumbed to his wounds shortly afterward, making him DOA upon other unit's arrival to the scene.

Later on, the two suspects were pursued into Cassidy Trail, Great Ocean Highway. There, the driver of the evading vehicle was shot and neutralized by LSPD SWAT officers after reportedly aiming a firearm at the group, Julieta Levine, who was also present, was reportedly detained and cuffed by an unknown officer/deputy, only to then be handed over to an emergency ambulance of the Sheriff's Department and eventually into Police Officer Rafael Videla's care.

At this time, Officer Videla can not accurately report on the status of the firearm used by Levine during the incident, after attempting to find information on it from the various involved officers and parties, he is under the belief Levine hid the firearm or handed it off to the deceased individual.
