The crew operates in various parts of Los Santos including Hawick and Del Perro. The majority of the crew consists of Jewish men that are recent immigrants. Horowitz created this crew after becoming connected with powerful criminal organizations so that he may effectively operate out of Hawick and delve into various rackets effectively and efficiently. The Horowitz crew mainly delves into drug and weapon trafficking, fraud, white collar crime, and prostitution. The activity of the crew in Hawick is high and word of their activity spreading to Del Perro has also been noted. Originating from Alta Street in Hawick, the crew is often seen active around that area. The spread into Del Perro can be summed up to the Horowitz Crews' ties with local Magellan Italian mobsters which came into being through various pacts and overall cooperation. The Horowitz Crew continues to spread their influence over Del Perro to this day and some assume that their control over the area is just a matter of time. ((OOC: The Horowitz Crew expects its' members to provide excellent and meaningful roleplay that consists of primarily Jewish members. Even though the crew is illegal in nature, various legal figures are a necessity to the crew, providing their services and legal connections in exchange for the crews protection or a way for even the legal associate to become connected. The Horowitz Crew is not your average "Hard Israeli Gangsters", but men of swagger who operate in the underworld of Los Santos and are civilized in nature. The Horowitz Crew is very welcoming to those who seek to enter the criminal side of GTA World. That being said, we expect nothing less than excellent, meaningful, and realistic roleplay. The leadership of the crew reserve the right to end any connections they deem to be lacking of these qualities. Upon associating with the Horowitz Crew, you automatically agree to give up your Character Kill rights to the Horowitz Crew at the leaders digression.
