Background

    Charles hall was born in Bronx , NYC on February 2nd, 2000. His father, Montraie Hall, was a well known for his criminal activities he went by the nickname, "Blue".

    Leonardo was raised into a gang affiliated family, Charles has one older brother called naeem. Little knowing he was raised into the gang family, he didn't succeeded in school, he was introduced by his father to his father's "Gang members".

 

    Quanella , Leonardo's mother, did what she could to not bring Charles into his fathers life. 
 

    As difficult as it was, Quanella managed to escape her husband and kidnap her two sons. Quanella escaped to Brooklyn Heights in 2009 later to find that her husbands "Gang members" were there to end her life in front of her sons and the main reason for her death is that Charle's father Montraie turned out to have problems with his gang and they want him dead, Montraie and Quanella both died in front of their two sons. Luckily at the time, cops had arrived to the scene only to find bloodshed  of the parents. It was a tragedy he could never forget. Charles was put into a foster care system until he was the age of 18 when his older brother ditched him.

    He decided to move out with his uncle Quarren. Little knowing, Uncle Quarren played a vital role in the game. He served as one-of-the-greatest henchman and yet cruel. Quarren taught Charles how to fight and how to talk business. When Frank felt Leonardo was ready, he sent off Charles to Los Angeles to take revenge of his family killers, Charles didn't get mind washed he completely was aware of what he was going to do. 

 

    On August 5th, 2016, Uncle Quarren was killed in a fatal car-crash. The news broke out once NYPD released information of whom Quarren Hall was and who was on their wanted list for being part of the notorious crime family. Two years later, nearly all of the charles's family was locked behind bars. LAPD sent charles back to new york for the court case.

    Charles Hall, founded by the court, "innocent and not guilty". After the court hearing, Charles moved back to Los Angeles in 2019 to continue his mission.
His current status in unknown. Some say he has been seen around Grove street in Los Angeles.
