Nikolayevna Berzukova was born in Peterhof, Russia on May 26, 2001 as the the second of four children born to Vladimir and Valentina Berzukova (nee Naumova). Her siblings are Yuliya, Viktor and Anastasia. Her father was entirely of Russian descent. Her mother was of mixed Russian, Estonian and Ingrian Finn heritage. Her mother’s extended relatives form part of the ethnic Russian minority in the Baltic states. Her parents considered themselves Russian.

Berzukova’s parents were farmers in Leningrad Oblast who lived along the Gulf of Finland. Both of her parents were alcoholics, and her father in particular was known for his infidelity with local sex workers. Her and her siblings were all neglected by their parents, who prioritized heavily drinking and farm labor over their mental and emotional needs. Resultantly, Nikolayevna in particular was shuttled around to her aunts, uncles and cousins around Peterhof. Her upbringing was effectively split between her family’s farm and urban areas.

Berzukova got her first job at age 14, while still in secondary school. She lied to her prospective employer outside of Peterhof by telling them that she was 16. She worked at a farmer’s market and sold freshly farmed produce. Her other jobs as a teenager included numerous retail work along with gardening. Although she earned minimum wage, she saved the majority of her earnings. Her parents would demand her earnings so that they could buy alcohol with the money. She refused each demand, although often times, they’d steal the money from her anyway. This happened after physical beatings and fist fights over the cash. With her savings in mind, she began to seriously consider emigrating to the United States as early as 16. She kept her ideas away from all her family.

Berzukova graduated from a Peterhof secondary school in 2018, at age 17. Following her schooling completion, she continued working on her family’s farm. She did this in spite of daily verbal and physical abuse being directed towards her and her younger siblings. In early 2019, she began searching on the Internet for emigration assistance so that she could leave Russia. She extensively contacted numerous people who resided in Germany, Britain and the United States. Over time, she became especially close with Russian expatriates who were residents of Los Santos, San Andreas.

In 2020, after being fed up with a lifetime of abusive mistreatment from her family, Berzukova departed Leningrad Oblast in its entirety. Following an invitation from her elder sister Yulia, she moved to Moscow. Yuliya had been attending the Moscow State University for years and was living in the dormitories. Furthermore, she had been no-contact with their parents ever since they threatened to kill her in her sleep. She secretly allowed Nikolayevna to live with her in the room. As her move to the United States was being arranged by a Los Santos-based criminal organization, she started working in Moscow. In particular, she started working as a barmaid and waitress in the nightlife scene. She never lasted any later than 5 months at a particular workplace; she was fired due to chronic lateness and exhibiting an antagonistic attitude towards her managers.

Berzukova emigrated to the United States directly from Moscow, Russia in 2021. Her flight had a layover in Hamburg, Germany. She entered the United States via New York City using fraudulent immigration documents. Upon flying to Los Santos, she was greeted by Olya Pavlovna, a sex worker in the city. She has since started work in the adult industry herself, finding work as a stripper. Additionally, she has gotten heavily involved with alcohol and drugs. She is often intoxicated while dancing at strip clubs.
