It's not doable, otherwise people could rent in multiple properties and be paid good for that just to upkeep exterior furnitures. It is mandatory that these furnitures expire and stay limited, we are under a very strict monitoring for these dimension 0 furnitures and at the moment it's not planned to expand it more than what it is.
