Arkadenn Posted December 15, 2017 Share Posted December 15, 2017 Southside Bloods The Southside Bloods are predominantly an African-American street gang based on the South side of Los Santos in and around the apartment complex of Carson Avenue and Forum Drive. The original set was formed in the 90s and consisted of high profile criminals that were known for their violence and chaos throughout Los Santos, the majority of members are either serving life sentences in the local Bolingbroke Penitentiary prison or have been murdered whilst at war with rival gangs. Operation Red Side One of the main reasons for the fall in the 90s was due to "Operation Red Side" which was a 6 year FBI investigation created to punish every member of the Southside Bloods and bring the set down to non-existence. The birth of this operation came when the local LSPD introduced detectives and private investigators into a case regarding the death of "Eva Banks", a 17 year old girl from the neighborhood that died whilst at a party with her friends, the death was a shock to the locals as Eva was a lovable and well liked person, after months of investigating the LSPD discovered that Eva was set up to take pills containing harmful drugs which led to her death. The investigation led the FBI to take the case and connect the Southside Bloods to at least 15 other relatable incidents thus calling the operation "Red side". The FBI researched and watched the Bloods for 6 years with open files on every member. The operation came to an end in 2004 when the Carson Avenue Apartment Complex in Chamberlain Hills was raided. The final result of the raid was 36 members of the Southside Bloods in prison or dead, $430,000 worth of drugs and around 130 weapons were found hidden within the complex. New Generation The life of the Southside Bloods was only at rest for 4 peaceful years until the younger generation of teenagers which had previously been taught by the older members their ways of making money and living the blood life were old enough to take over. With the new wave of young members filled with criminal knowledge and determination, the Southside Bloods were reborn. The new generation often refer to their home as Barson Avenue or SB. They recite in the back to back apartment complexes in Chamberlain Hills in South Los Santos although some members have been known to live in nearby areas such as Strawberry. The Set The set is often found posting up on corners surrounding the complex selling and dealing drugs to boost their income. Their main way of getting money is the dirty way such as gun deals and drug deals. They consistently get plugged up and have various amounts of drugs to sell keeping their system flowing efficiently. Most members aren't often seen communicating in a pleasant manner towards regular citizens, they show love towards other Blood sets in the city and don't get along with their main rivals Crips. As of now the set don't have enemies with other gangs as their main focus is the money grind but those caught dealing on the Blood's block get taxed and possibly punished via violence for disrespecting the set. Ranks - Kingpin(s) -Chief Enforcer -Lieutenant -Advisors -OG's -Suppliers -Bangers -Brute -Associates OOC RULES This is a heavy RP server, your ability to RP will affect your position in the gang and how quick you're promoted. Follow all server rules, in game or out of game you must follow the rules, they are there for a reason. Never cause arguments between other players whether it be in the gang or staff. Understand that if necessary the faction can CK or PK you at any time once you reach a certain rank in the faction. You will be kicked from the faction for any misbehavior/trolling/disrespecting of the faction or rule breaking. If alternative characters are used you must inform the faction. You must be able to speak good English mainly because this server is English speaking not just the faction. Have fun. Recruitment Recruitment is done strictly in character, which means that no out of character invitations will be made nor will any out of character discussions about joining the faction will be made. Some requirements to join the faction are that you have a good knowledge of how to portray a African-American gang banger and how to develop that character progressively, and be able to speak, listen and understand the English language properly whether that be spelling or grammar.
