I'm not affiliated with any of the gangs I be working with. Elijah Higgins says: Street Stories is just my way to bring some awareness to this world and show there's more to this life than drug abuse and gang violence. Greggory Gibson says: When approaching these gangs as an interviewer, I think it's important to prioritize safety for yourself and those you are interacting with, that is, promising anonymity if it was spoken about, and so on. Greggory Gibson says: It is mainly about building trust, establishing rapport, the more you develop that, the better insight you'll receive. It's a deep world and they have a lot to say.
