With that being said, development and the social aspect is key to creating a well-rounded character and this is something that is expected from everyone involved with this concept. There is a strong emphasis on community roleplay that goes in tandem with portraying a realistic criminal character. It should be noted that this concept is strictly based in the county and characters involved should look to portray this accurately.
