    I guess you didn't understand the complaint; all you did was bring pictures posted on your thread from June which are irrelevant to the report in case.

     

    You can't say that our factions didn't do business together and claim that Matias isn't part of the EOC as long as he is part of a satellite faction under the EOC umbrella, which the same thing applies to you. How'd you think we got to deal with you people, through whom?

    Are you telling me that Matias does not have an invitation to the Eurasian Organized Crime faction? Your evidence does nothing to help the purpose of the complaint. As I explained above, Cossacks MC and EOC, whether you want to accept it or not, do business together as long as a "made-man" of EOC does that.

     

    I have plenty of evidence that Cossacks sold to EOC and vice versa. Even Matias said he told you we were solid. I've sent the evidence to Diamond. I invite you to provide concrete evidence to the contrary.

    These last couple of months were only about reestablishing good relations with EOC, that is why we reached out first to people within the faction. Why would we sabotage ourselves in doing so for only 20k. It's true that there was a misunderstanding, but I believe it could've been managed professionally and without any usage of guns. More so, if we were do it knowingly, why would my character ever accept to a remeet with yours after this so-called "scamm" that you thoroughly claim.

    Hello everyone, Bruce Kahler here.

     

    I want to shed some light on a recent incident involving Netanel Ezra, and share my perspective on the matter. About a week ago, Bruce engaged in discussions with Netanel Ezra concerning the reopening of the Dungeon Crawler strip club, a business owned by Cossacks MC. This conversation arose after a prior successful business engagement with Matias Glasatov, a member of Netanel's faction / satellite faction, EOC respectively Polianov Organizatsya.

    In the spirit of cooperation, Bruce, representing the Cossacks, promptly settled an outstanding debt that Netanel mentioned during their conversation. This transaction was facilitated with Derrick Holt, and during the exchange, Nikholai Stepanovich, a member present at the meeting, affirmed that settling the debt would open doors for future collaborations.

    Following this, Bruce received permission to operate in Vinewood. On November 29, Bruce received a message from Netanel inquiring about the availability of some blow, which Bruce calls his product blow. The exchange went smoothly, with both parties seemingly content. Netanel even proposed further discussions for potential lucrative opportunities.

    However, the situation took an unexpected turn when Bruce, accompanied by Ethan Fletcher, arrived at Casanova Parking as per Netanel's request. Within seconds of exiting their vehicle, a sudden and violent attack unfolded, resulting in the killing of both Bruce and Ethan. I would also like to add the fact that Nikholai Stepanovich had emphasized the potential for profitable collaborations in the previous week numerous times, showing great interest in our organization but had failed blatantly each and every time.

     

    This turn of events is perplexing, given the positive interactions and agreements made earlier. The abrupt aggression, especially after settling the supposed debt and supplying their organization with dope for a while now.

    I believe open communication would've been paramount for resolving any misunderstandings or issues that may have led to this unfortunate incident. I personally think it would have been nicer for Netanel to say that Bruce made a mistake with his package and to return his money or give him cocaine.

     

    Also, I consider scamming to be when you get nothing in return.
