    "Your honor, I dunno who Kody Raskal whatever his name is... The DAs argument makes no sense. There are also a lot of skinheads in my neighborhood and sometimes I gotta walk by them too. Does that automatically make me a skinhead? I'd be one in a million then though considering I am Jewish. I was the one being harassed by the cops and I gave them a piece of my mind as a result."

     Why did you pull a firearm over a punch? Do you think you could have done something different?

     

    howie insisted on provoking and following me to the T i pulled out a gun because of reasonable fear that 2 guys were going to jump and likely rob me instead i tried running away and deescalating even after i pulled a gun i tried to run away, but howie kept on following me over and over nothing i would of done would of prevented howie from following me, running away wouldnt, fighting back wouldnt, pulling a gun had the only reasonable effect to deescalate since howie did back off for a moment only to eventually follow me again

     

    everything this guy has said confirms that nothing i would of done would of allowed me to safely exit this situation without the use of a weapon, he was insistent on provoking me and escalate this situation to a point where an ass beating would of happened and a robbery

    who in their  right mind goes around provoking people at their own place of business or better yet start a fight outside or engage in a gun fight, he literally could of just walked away like i tried to walk away from him but he kept on following me to create a scene and since he didnt get it he engaged in a fight with no rp or reasonable motive

     lol this guy has no idea what he is talking about he clearly approached me, he then attacked me, he then saw a gun and decided to come after me again with a gun this time after i ran around the corner because i was the only one who had deescalation in mind, did i shoot him as soon when he punched me? no

    did i run away after? yes
    did he chase me down the street with a gun? yes
    did he intent to kill me? yes cause his buddy was there to shoot at me too

    . I have nothing to do with the kids you were beefing with.
    sums it all up this guy had no reason to come provoke me "fuck you doing dewd" ye man thats really polite 

    the only one who ever wanted to fight was you and guess what thats exactly what happened cause you began fighting me, without any rp mind you
    the only one who poorly escalated the situation is the reporting party, i wanted to rob him in the alleyway and it didnt work so i decided to leave im clearly at the end of the street in this guys last screenshot which confirms that i backed off from him

    if i was looking for conflict i would of had attacked him, i would of been the 1 to approach him, but its the exact opposite

    ye this guy is a big liar and a fraud i was being harrassed by 3 kids cause i asked them why they were looking at me and engaged them in a battle of wits which i ultimately won and deescalated the situation, when what i can only assume to be their fanboy/errand boy howie here walks out and decides to provoke me for either 0 reason, or cause he is infact their fanboy/errand boy, anyway i was nowhere near any motorcycles i was stood far away at a bus stop i never asked him to fight me, i never as much as approached him, he straight up walked up to me asked me wtf i was doing and i decided to rob this wannabe tough guy, so i invite him into an alley, wannabe tough guy refused and decided to try and jump me with his friend without any sort of roleplay or /me to engage  his attack and allow me to roleplay a response, i opted to pull my gun out instead and howie the wannabe tough guy ran away as i figured he would, i figured i deescalated the situation and wanted to go on my merry way when howie and his friend decided to chase me down

     

    now he is doing what any wannabe big man does when they lose a situation they brought upon themselves and thats fire up a petty report, i would of understood if howie was just tryna show off to his friends but seeing as he is mentioning some motorcycles which i was nowhere near of, howie just came to provoke and wanted to be the big man, but he has proven as much that he is just a little boy who cant accept that he screwed up and move on

     

    i did everything in my power to deescalate the situation entirely, what does this guy expect lol, that if he chases me down the street with a gun that im just gonna stand there and let him shoot me? the only 1 who poorly escalated this situation was howie when he decided to approach and provoke me for virtually no reason, he could of also gone back to his bar when i showed my gun, but he didnt, he wanted to be the big man

    here is our hero of the story howie and the bikes he has sworn to protect, notice how i am nowhere near his beloved motorcycles, idk how it clicks in howies mind that a man standing at a bus stop has anything to do with these motorcycles but here we are 

     

    basically howies logic here is; hey two guys are trying to jump you! go and get your ass beat! 

     

    u can check in logs that both howie and tobey pulled their guns out and id like to ask the handling admin to urge the reporting party to refrain from lying

    "Yo honor, I move the court to consider my motion to dismiss now that the LSPD and prosecution have failed to provide the information necessary to continue prosecution. There is no lawful basis for a detainment to have happened in da first place. This entire arrest was a violation of my rights, sir and a slap in da face from Maya Valerio to the American justice system as a whole."

    escalate not deescalate

    "Yo honor, its been roughly a week and we haven't heard from the LSPD or da prosecution. We move the court to consider dismissing this case and file a motion to do so. There is still no foundation as to why I was detained in the first place for all these events to escalate to da point where an arrest was made. The Robert 12 David jakes are crucial in establishing this basis, yo honor, on the set."

    i remember back on lsrp when u would shoot some1 in the leg ud get stuck in some anim and it was pretty ez to do blockwipes

    i also remember the old headshot script but thats many years ago

    "Yo honor, the evidence presented shows nothing but an illegal detainment by offica Maya Valerio and her colleagues who acted beyond their duty. The only victim of a threat that night was I, the Defendant as Maya Valerio threatened me under the guise of jail, and did fulfill her threat by taking I, the Defendant to jail. The prosecution and LSPD have both failed to give us a proper indication as to why I, the Defendant was detained in the first place. Da paperwork provides us with no answer, and neither does the evidence provided, as one of the exhibits is even incomplete due to its lack of audio. All it shows is a group of jakez menacingly approaching I, the Defendant. Tha paperwork states that the offica was allegedly threatened but not once in da evidence presented is a threat made by I, the defendant. This entire case stems of hearsay by offica Maya Valerio. Remember that claims made without any viable evidence is hearsay. 

    Neither that night or today have I shown any threatening behavior, this is again another lie by the prosecution who also unprofessionally claimed that I have a battery charge on an offica, which was dismissed, yo honor. The same type of lie which Maya Valerio upkeeps in tha paperwork.

     

    Less-lethal force was used that night, not non-lethal force, less-lethal force for a man who didn't make a single threat which woulda impeached the officas safety, no physical resistance was shown either, da prosecution has failed to outline that excessive force was used in this case by offica Maya Valerio.

     

    This case speaks of a misunderstood citizen who crossed paths with a police offica who got a chip on her shoulder, which is evident by her mention of her rank in da arrest narrative, Eleven times yo honor."

    "Objection to the prosecution's opening statement. The DA is bringing up past history which has nothing to do with the matters today, and worse, this man is a liar. I was never convicted of any battery on a jake, my charges were dismissed by judge Jennifer Scherer with prejudice that day because of a lack of concrete evidence. He is trying to smear my good name, yo honor. I don't have the exact date but I am sure Pinocchio can help you, sir."
