    It’s Tylissa, the person who was RPing alongside Elisha in first scene that lead up to this one.

     

    In the scene that lead to this one, you went into the trunk of your car and shot at us. I’m confused as to why you would have pulled an SMG on us in the first place while:
    1.    We did not scriptly hit you
    2.    You magically went into the trunk of a car awhile you were surrounded by three bodies that were blocking you to do so
    3.    You did not roleplay your automatic gun
    4.    We did not brandish any weapons on you
    5.    Stopping your car alone to speak to Elisha just 2 hours after shooting at her (I don’t know what you expected?)
    6.    You drove to our location to find us

    We did react, we replayed thoroughly being terrified and ran away. The reason why we weren’t so quick to react was because we were confused as to why you shot us, and how it was even possible to do so.

    Nevertheless, we did our best to keep it IC and continue the story line for the sake of preserving roleplay. We were not toxic at all, just very confused. We chose not to report you even though we were in our rights to do so. Shooting down 3 people during a brawl does not justify you power gaming by moving through three females surrounding you, and magically opening a trunk of a car to get a weapon to shoot us. 
     

    Us shooting back was IC motivated since you were first to shoot.

    You already killed the person who threatened your life. Then lingered in Chamberlain long enough to kill off Aaron who posed no threat to you. Given the position you were in, why not run away? Where was the fear? You shot and killed an affiliate of TF on their front yard after walking to their neighborhood. You didn’t drive there, you walked there to shoot someone. That’s goofy.  Realistically, it would make sense to run off after killing Ricardo, fearing that other gang affiliates hear the gunshots and come out shooting too. But you already knew only a handful of faction members were online because only ten minutes prior, you initiated a brawl and saw our numbers. 
     

    You mentioned “Aaron was going to snitch, why wouldn’t we off him?” and that’s irrelevant because Amelia got away. It’s a given that she would tell all TF members what transpired. So based on what you said, it isn’t a good reason to kill off Aaron.

    I think the point you are missing is your group is portraying a “play to win” mentality based on what I’ve seen. Aaliyah Diggs didn’t roleplay her injuries even after she was downed TWICE. Once by me and the second time by a man. I’m all for the feminist movement, and this isn’t a dig into your character nor the hours you put into her development. I’m sure she’s a tough gang member never turning down a fight. But what you fail to realize is that she’s a human too. Getting beat down TWICE and then kicked would give her some kind of injury. There wasn’t even the slightest emote that indicated this. Not to mention when Aaliyah Diggs was DOWNED the first time, she got up and was ready to fight AGAIN. That’s what I meant “fear for your life”. You walked back like nothing happened with no injury RP, then got into a shootout lol. If you don’t see wrong in that idk what to tell you sis.

    He was the first to run away, and was ducking from the plethora of shots going both ways. 



    You mentioned earlier: “when we realised he didn’t have a gun, it was too late to keep him alive.”

     

    In other words, you realized he didn’t pose a threat because he didn’t have a gun, and then decided to off him anyway. That’s a very play to win mentality, and  “it was too late to keep him alive because he would snitch” is a poor reason to off Aaron’s character which is why he’s asking for a void on his death. It seems very unfair.

    Respectively, I’m referring to the scene in this report where STL quickly jumped into gun play only ten minutes after a brawl occurred, then killing a member that evidently ran away.

    I play Amelia Varo.

     

    It was obvious that Aaron Oscoya had no intention of shooting back since he was the first to flee as quickly as weapons were drawn (shown in video). This scene was an example of poor escalation with the intentions to provoke TF members into gunplay.

    Ten minutes prior to the shooting, an over abundance of STL members show up to Chamberlain and instigate a brawl. It was enjoyable, regardless if we were out numbered. However, the only other female (Aaliyah Diggs) who was involved in the brawl didn't RP injuries, nor did she show any fear for her life by returning (even though she was downed twice and kicked). Given what happened I can only assume the lot of STL players who showed up after the brawl have no intentions of RPing as they gave TF players no time politick, nor the opportunity for us to RP with our other faction members about the brawl scene.
     

    Bottom line, STL quickly forced the story line into gun play.
