Hello, Broderick Stone here.
First of all, I just want to know, why is Gall the one reporting instead of the player itself, the one that was on the bike? I see Gall doing this pretty often where he reports instead of the members themselves, you might be their boss IC, but I'm pretty sure OOCly they can take care of themselves and create a forum report. All I see is you flexing your "Support" tag and asking to be treated differently, however now that I got that out of the way, I'll get right to it.

So I leave, I make my way up towards Vinewood Hills, Baytree Canyon, completely safe, absolutely NO one following me, so I hid in a bush, I lay down and then something comes up so I had to log off, however I wanna mention again, I wasn't being followed by anyone, and if any of them insists and can prove it otherwise, I'd happily take the punishment.
Two to three hours pass by, I log in normally with the rest of the guys, I had completely forgotten that I got shot several hours ago, and I procceed normally, it was absolutely not intentional, I just had forgotten about it . I completely understand the point of this report, and can't really add much to it . Either way I'm happy to re-do the whole scenario as I didn't have any intentions nor tried to avoid RPing the injuries, I just had forgotten about it and I'd happily take my time to recover my character. I wanna underline it again; It wasn't intentional,the whole point of this report it's because their wounded player took a day off and I didn't, which I completely understand and I'd happily agree to re-do the scene and take my time to recover my character.

Well, It's important to note that I was lag rammed by Chase and he procceed to drive off even though he should've stopped. It's important to mention that he was the one who PGed, he was stuck in a pit and then drove backwards and left without RPing any injuries or crash , which I believe he got warned for it(As Fearnir said) and I didn't. So it's important to note that the guy who POWERGAMED is your very own member. Eitherway I don't see the use of mentioning voided scenarios in a forum report other than just throwing dirt on someone's name, but it won't work because your guy was the one who PGed and got warned for it.

Second, I also wanna mention Warren Lowe(Gall) doing the same thing today, "same kind of rulebreak."So Warren Lowe and his fella Daniel Cruz pull up outside our Tavern in a grey truck(Bison) we got into a little shootout, they shot, we shot then they left.
Then they both return in a muscle car with reinforcements ten or fifteen minutes later and parttake in a huge shootout. I asked Warren Lowe(Gall) about it on Discord and he confirmed that he got shot and he RPed a graze, then returned with his fella and reinforcements 10-15 fifteen minutes later to parttake in a huge shootout. Underlining: He got shot, bullet wound which he RPed as a graze and right after that partook in a huge gunfight.
So if I'm getting punished, Gall(Warren Lowe) should get too in my opinion.

And then I tried to get the logs from Dashing the admin that was handling the situation which resulted in me being blocked.He first told me that it wasn't him who got shot (Even though on the other side I was talking to Gall and he confirmed that he got shot but RPed it as a graze)

Then he switches it up and says that he didn't got shot ten minutes before and then just decides to block me.

It deserves a thread in itself because it's something extraordinary.
I don't see any desync there, rather you hitting a massive rock and the vehicle turning Rambo 360 flip. The only desync i see, is the car flipping back in its place, but realistically it would've been upside down and you'd have been dead or heavily injured, as you can see it's only a basic CaraCara no special equipments whatsoever.
I suggest you start defending yourself instead of quoting different unrelated reports here as I'm very well aware of that report.

No idea why am I being tagged in this report, I was nowhere near nor participated when the killing took place, I came later, after Daniel had left and Eddie was on the ground, dead. I wasn't present nor participated. However, I don't see any rulebreak, rather just a "I can't lose, I always win, mentality."

As you can see on the footage, he's going at 94mph, he fled off road and hit a tree at high speed then just proceeds driving off, failing to RP any crash or injuries whatsoever. Then Daniel Cruz takes over the steering wheel, and does the 360 Rambo flip, once again no RP crashes or injuries, just proceeds driving off as if nothing happened, which in my opinion is extraordinary. https://imgur.com/g6BQp0X

I couldn't go to a hospital because my char would end up in prison, my intentions were to get help from a friend and that's what I was going to do that was the plan, but since I had to log I decided I'd do the RP later.
Yeah, I understand but frankly i've never done this before to be doing it on purpose again. It wouldn't hurt me & cost me anything to RP the injuries because we didn't have much action during that very same day besides that voided scenario, other than that we were just camping on a hill for hours and hours doing absolutely nothing and nobody reminded me about it, not even in /f not a /pm, nothing that's why it was forgotten, but I'd rather RP injuries than camp on a hill for hours, not that I was having fun(that's my point)
I don't know how can I prove it to you that I forgot to RP the injures, I already said that it isn't of my nature & I've been shot countless of times before and this has never happened to me before, and i've always RPed the injuries.
Either way, I'll accept and understand whatever you'll decide.
