Before we start, I would request Nate and Zheng to please share the full, unedited video given the fact both of them crashed their motorbikes and continued shooting. I address this in my points below, but I would like an administrator to look into it nonetheless.
To begin, I would like to share my version of events as I believe Nate, purposefully or not has fabricated the story to create a scenario on which suits himself and the Meng Shetou faction. As can be seen in the video, my car is under gunfire from behind the vehicle as Ganisa, my character, tries to make his escape, where he was scouting the neighbourhood. In actuality what happened was that I lost control of my muscle car after taking multiple shots to the back wheels, as can be seen on the video. And while spinning out, with your bike aligned, I knock you off purposefully. The worst part of this scenario, driving at fast speeds of over 60MPH, a crash, you get onto your feet, roleplay zero injuries and begin shooting, and though you cut the video, you can see you are pulling for your gun:
There's zero sense of injuries being roleplayed here. This is far from vehicle DM, you're chasing my character, I'm trying to escape, I ram you off your bike. This is a consequence of your character's actions and shouldn't have been driving as close to where this could happen. Secondly, I would like it addressed by an administrator as to why you then found it OK and reasonable to pull out your gun and shoot after being rammed into a wall at 60MPH?
The last thing I want to do in a high pressure situation like this is pause the roleplay, so although confused by the fact you continued, I went along with it. So, nevertheless as bullets fly into the cabin of my vehicle, I hop out and gun down Bruce abruptly. Whilst Bruce is removed from the equation, his partner, William Zheng arrives on his bike at 90MPH, hits a brick wall, crashes his bike, gets onto his feet and opens fire on me again. There seems to be a reoccurring pattern of this. As any reasonable man would do in his vehicle, I roleplayed reversing my car into Zheng. Now, given the intense scenario, I will raise my hands and admit that my /mes had plenty of typos, but they were still understandable. It's uncharacteristic of me to make that many typos and for that, I can only apologise:

I pulled the gun onto my person, this is a fact, I stood up and began shooting back at you? This is actually a complete lie and I do not know why you would even lie about this in the first place? I died as soon as I opened my chat box. I did not get the chance to roleplay injuries or even roleplay shooting you if I went down the route to PG getting up and opening fire.
I did pull out the gun in a, as you said, high pressure situation. But I did not fire back at all, or even get to my feet. Not sure why you would lie.

Hi, I am the one who roleplays the character William Zheng and thought I'd just clear up that I have never had any interaction with Tao Icly not sure who said they seen me with him but it's just not the case, not sure if just a case of poor IC investigation but thought I'd just say that.

Names of witnesses (if applicable): Bruce Xiong, Miles Morgan (Responding officer)
Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): Prior to this video,(https://streamable.com/tmfg4d), Bruce Xiong had caught Ronald Ganisa looking for our faction inside of the Simmet Alley, prompting him to try and fire at Ganisa, which caused him to promptly drive off in the other direction. As a result, my character was called in to assist Xiong in the search. Ganisa, for some reason, decides to swing back around after being shot at, only to ram my character unrealisitcally, causing him to ram us both right into a wall, as shown in that short clip above. After Xiong pulls back up to meet me (only to see that I am already downed after being run over), Ganisa goes out of his way to run Xiong over instead of shoot after ramming his car directly into a brick wall. To add insult to injury, Ganisa hops out of the car after smashing it to pieces against that wall, and roleplays executing the two of us. After this, they attempt to accuse the both of us of both looting and /fixreviving, and you can see in the screenshot that we're both not eligible to /fixrevive and are still on the floor, only to apologize for it after the fact after we both realize that he had just glitch TP'd back onto his bike, but was still dead. Even after this shooting though, their rulebreaking continues with Jimmy Bazzoli and Henry Galea sticking around to attempt to loot us both, even as cops are arriving. I find this hypocritical seeing as the massive amount of Hoover factions were all decimated not even weeks prior for looting Martorano associates after they had gotten into a shootout with them.

When I took the drugs from my property I said to Freddie, “I better put this in the trunk, in case they fuck us over” - along these lines at around 00:04:00 GMT then I got out the car and went to his trunk and stored all the drugs, I don’t have solid evidence of this.
In the moment I kept up the RP of it being in the trunk - Zoravar had no intention to respond to this RP, though. Once I RPed nothing being visible, he checked oocly what was in the car. He saw the coke and could’ve done many things to found it, rped checking all the compartments, checked the trunk. He done none of this he wanted to just rob and go.
I will notify Freddie, but in his defence nobody knew where we were, we should’ve spoke in /PM as it was only us involved but I think we were just so enthralled by the situation that I said “lmao whattt” just out of pure shock. There was no metagaming involved nor did he or I have this intent.

Raphael RPed patting my waistband, then PMed me saying to /showitem, which I did. As you can see he said "/Showitem" I am fairly new so I tried EXACTLY what he wrote, having to adjust it to read SHOWITEMS, this took what? 20 seconds? You also RPed getting in the car before your friend RPed cracking the window and unlocking the door. You were rushing to rob our items, you have no intent to RP. You are basically saying you took my coke OOCly as I never responded to an emote in which I did respond, by allowing him to see my items.
You showed a complete looting mentality, you even admitted to expecting a forum report?. I done a clear /do, TWICE, to show that you wouldn't see anything in the back seat. You did not want to RP with me you wanted to take the items and leave. You literally DM'd, jumped to the car and searched it AFTER being shot by Freddie.
It is about having fun, I agree. There also rules that go with the server, and copy pasting a /me, open firing straight away, getting shot, not rping it, then robbing a car with no emote shows your mentality and attitude to the rules.
No matter how much of a rush your characters would be in a real life situation, you have to RP what you are doing. You never RPed searching for the coke, you just done /do Anything Visible.
