Hence why I cited them for Negligent, showing a clear disregard for the safety of other potential drivers, Your Honor. Along with the unnecessary overtaking from the right lane. Wasn't able to identify anyone until the end of the pursuit, I only got the owner of the vehicle at the start, which is Aymar Aliev.

Fine by me. I'll need him to wait for me at the hospital, PHMC.
But I'd firstly like to know what happens to his friend, since he'd be there too at the end of the pursuit.

Overall Explanation (250 word limit): A pursuit was initiated on Aymar Aliev after he evaded from a traffic stop, the pursuit went all the way to Senora Freeway before his vehicle was spiked and crashed into a rock, med-RP was performed and Aymar was instructed to wait at PHMC for an officer to arrive OOC. I left from Senora Freeway and headed towards PHMC, where I didn't find Aymar, I also asked about players present there if they had seen him, but none of them said they had.
I also believe the vehicle was two-deep at the start, and that his friend disconnected, I'm not sure and I sadly do not have footage of it.

Overall Explanation (250 word limit) : I was on my way to MRS, driving on Strawberry Avenue, when I saw a car with flashing headlights. I initially wasn't sure what it was, but decided to check it out, upon arriving, I see a male run off towards a white Oracle and getting in it, driving away from me before crashing into a nearby building, DCing a few seconds after. I waited fifteen minutes for them to return, but eventually decided to leave it after they didn't return.
