Days working at Davis 24/7 were hell for Nedeljko. Situation on the screenshots below led my character to get himself protection, all he could buy legally was baseball bat which he used to protect the shop and himself. I never meant to kill nobody nor beat him to the death, just scare them away and let them rethink the repeating the theft.
RedDott fought back so that situation escalated more than the situation I am reporting.

I don't know if it was you or not, but I saw masked guy on the chopper aiming gun from his bike, not sure who else would do that just after we had our conflict. -
There was only one situation before that, involving one masked player with moto helmet on his head, I approached him when he was stealing, also with the bat, warned him once, warned him twice and he ran through the door. I chased him behind the corner towards the alley and back to the store. In that chase we both were attacking each other from time to time until he jumped on his motorcycle, a chopper if I remember right.
I had no encounter with three individuals, just one with the masked face.
As we were running in the alley I was yelling "Thief", there was a whole bunch of players, a mexican gang who watched us, they all came in front of the store and in that moment person I was chasing came back on his chopper, all the way towards the store entrance and aimed a pistol inside the store, I was behind the counter. He left not long after that.

Robert_Parker thanks for confirming my statement that I never did any physical damage to your characters, only damage was a vehicle damage which is clearly visible on your video, so your friend lied a couple of times, stating that I did hit your characters upon walking in the store and no other reason included even though I said I did not hit anything but your vehicle.

I am still not sure who's who under mask IDs but the fact is two masked guys walked in the store TOGETHER, one telling to another "TAKE EVERYTHING" which means they act as a partners, which means both participate in the same crime. Also I am not sure if mask ID ever changes or not, but from the situation you described I can say it's the situation from the chatlog.

I was not itching a chance to use the bat, the reason I prepared the bat was previous three days where I encountered many masked players like you, and they all went by the same pattern of fully masked players driving a SUV, walking in the store, stealing stuff and walking outside. As I said I never used any force in those situation until the day three when I rushed you and your friend out of the store. Itching to use it would be if I prepared the baseball bat on the first day and used it on the first encounter of that kind.

Okay, now that I am sure which one of two situation it was I can post this screenshot where it is clearly visible that one of you two was yelling "OSCAR TAKE EVERYTHING" while inside the store, and Milos laying on the ground as the result of your car rampage.

Moments before you came in, Milos role-played taking a baseball bat from the storage to show me what's needed in case people come and steal, as they always do.
After that, you walked in and asked him, "Why the bat?" and he replied, "Why the mask?" After the aforementioned situation occurred, one of you two started screaming, "OSCAR, TAKE IT ALL!" Before I attempted to assault you, I politely said, "Pay for that," and swung my baseball bat towards one of you, only after you continued screaming. I obviously missed and didn't cause any damage to your character. You started running, and we chased you outside the store. You got into your black SUV, and the only thing I hit was your vehicle. After that, you started driving back and forth, seemingly attempting to run over the entire gas station instead of simply driving away, even though your life was no longer in danger, as you were already a few meters away from us, safe in your car. In this frenzy with your vehicle, you ran over Milos a couple of times, and then vanished from the scene. I'd like to point out that you retaliated twice: once by trying to run us over with your vehicle and once by cold-bloodedly killing me outside the crowded gas station.
Furthermore, I don't understand the character development aspect. Working as a security guard (or just dressing like one) and driving an expensive black SUV with tinted windows, while also stealing bags of chips and other items from the store, doesn't make sense to me.

Over the past three days, while working at Davis LTD, I have encountered several players who consistently come in fully masked and engage in roleplay by stealing goods. They would stuff their pants with bags of chips and other items. On all three days, I would yell at them to pay, but they would always run away, only to return an hour later and continue their thieving roleplay.
MASK_D6E66_33, who I believe goes by the name Andre Frey, visited the store on the first day and was stealing items without a mask, so I can 100% say that he was repeating the act, It looked more like a provocation from my point of view.
Today, on the third day, I decided to take matters into my own hands and prepared a baseball bat to push the thieves away from the store. When Andre and his friend attempted to steal again, I grabbed the baseball bat and confronted them. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful in hitting them, with one swing missing and the other hitting their vehicle.
An hour later, a player named Meyer Hofstein, dressed in security clothes, entered Davis LTD, which was crowded with other players. He called me outside, claiming there was an issue with the gas station pump. As soon as I stepped outside, MASK_D6E66_33 unexpectedly killed me with a firearm.
Also, I am not sure if mask ID stays same all the time so if you can inform me of that, thanks.
Accusation 1 (50 words): Rule number 4, Deathmatch.
I was killed with a FIREARM just for chasing a thief with a BASEBALL BAT after repeated shoplifting. From my point of view that was a provocation to create a poor reason to murder someone. If they wanted revenge they could've come with bats and beat me up, but organizing an ambush with three people involved just to kill one guy that defended his store with melee weapon seem like a low quality character development.
