Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): Vehicle pursuit occurred, the two ended up crashing over in Vespucci and popped out of the car shooting.  They killed my partner, (McIvor) and tried to get away on foot.  I shot both of them, putting them both into the injured state and they both logged simultaneously at that point.  The RP wasn't over and they both kept their items, as they were not "killed".
