    Evening, we'll get right into it.


    After some time, I've come to a conclusion. It's clear that this entire situation is nothing short of a disaster, and a reasonable amount of rulebreaking occurred on both sides, but I personally feel that there's too much OOC conflict in order to sniff out the details. It's clear that some information is being withheld from both parties, only bringing me to the idea that there's more to the story than what's being told. That being said, I'll be voiding the situation due to the massive confusion between the parties. Furthermore, Lorenzo was banned for a separate situation, making it impossible to re-roleplay the scene regardless.


    @drizzle While I understand you've got IRL things happening, you still failed to answer my question about you logging to avoid while Lorenzo was shooting at you. And with the evidence provided, I'll have no choice but to issue you a 60-minute ajail for logging to avoid while being shot. I truly hope this is your last punishment on this server. I highly recommend re-reading the rules to prevent harsher punishments in the future. The situation is voided.

    Did you report this behavior? If you're getting killed frequently as an OOC "joke" you're expected to report these instances, if not you're adding to the trollish behavior.

    I trust that all three of you are doing well. Without further ado, let's dive in:


    After carefully reviewing the report and examining the evidence presented, I have reached the conclusion that both parties are in violation of Rule 12, Anti-Crime Zones, and Rule 2, PowerGaming,

    Allow me to elaborate on Rule 12, which offers protection to any player(s) located inside or directly outside of a customization spot, regardless of whether the script is actively being utilized. This protection is sustained for anyone inside or directly outside an Anti-Crime Zone, for example standing outside of the barbershop, or tattoo shop. Rule 12 would still apply in these situations as they're still in the "bubble" for lack of a better term. I must emphasize that there are exceptions to this rule; for instance, if a situation originated outside the zone and subsequently transitioned into it, such occurrences must be part of the same scene without any temporal separation between scenes.

    @Steviestacks

    You've received multiple prior warnings regarding PowerGaming and similar behavior. Also, taking into account your extensive admin record, it's evident that you were well aware of the guidelines. Consequently, you will be subject to a 60-minute ajail due to your lack of FearRP and for committing crimes in a designated No-Crime Zone. I recommend revisting the rules, specifically those violated during this situation.

    While I understand your motives for the attack, you also failed to adhere to the same rules mentioned above. Although you assert yourself as a "loyal soldier," that doesn't exempt you from following the rules. But since your admin record is somewhat clean, you'll be issued a verbal warning. I want you to understand that I'm being extremely lenient here, and ignorance of the rules will NOT assist you in the future. Consider this your final warning.


    That being said, the situation will be voided. I strongly recommend both parties take this as an opportunity to brush up on the rules. in hopes of preventing this type of situation in the future. 


    @ClaudeSpeed Feel free to submit a refund request for the money lost due to the destruction of the flatbed, use this report as evidence, and feel free to @ me.

    I hope all is well with the three of you. I had some personal matters I had to attend to, so apologies for the late reply. I've also been sick for the last week and a half. Let's get into it.

     

    It goes without saying that this entire situation is nothing short of a mess. With that being said, I'll start off by addressing each accusation in order, starting with the MetaGaming. I'll do what I can with the very limited information I have, but I can attempt to puzzle everything together based on what has been said so far. We'll start from what I believe is the very beginning and work our way down to the robbery. From what I managed to piece together, @WinTerrCrashed their car in the "heart" of @Mogambo and @spaceghost7414 gang territory, where @Mogambo would climb into the cabin and hold @WinTerr at gunpoint. At some point, @WinTerr was either forced or walked into the complex, where the robbery continued.

     

    First, I'd like to point out @Mogambo actions. While I understand that at the time your factions were involved in a war, I still find your actions to be unrealistic. I don't get why your first motive was to hop into someone's vehicle after they'd clearly just crashed. While I understand it's the "heart" of your neighborhood, wouldn't it make more sense to simply walk away rather than pull out a firearm and hop into the vehicle? Realistically, there would be civilians calling emergency services who would've witnessed you, plus any other bystander. Depending on the severity of the crash, you've possibly put your character in harm's way for a petty mugging, But being that you didn't actually follow Jaylen's orders given via /f and your record is relatively clean, consider this a verbal warning. I expect you to roleplay your character in a more realistic manner in the future.

     

    @spaceghost7414 In the streamable you provided, it clearly shows you telling @Mogambo not to rob them via faction chat. In case you're not aware, faction chat is strictly OOC and shouldn't be utilized to communicate with other members as a replacement for IC chat. That being said, you'll be issued a 30-minute ajail for "improper use of /f, using it to metagame during a robbery, in hopes of stopping it so you could kill the player instead."


    I understand that at the time your factions were in a war, but I want to clarify that both the ROE and regular server rules are still to be followed. While there are minor exceptions for some interactions, this wasn't one of them. Please take this time to reread the server's rules and ROE for situations like this, that being said this situation will be voided. Report Concluded.

    @WinTerrFeel free to create a refund request for the items lost, you can use this response as evidence.
