Overall Explanation (250 word limit) : I had just spawned in and I spawned in Rockford Hills near the player owned car dealership where I last was, a man pulled up in what appeared to be a rental car got out and attempted to rob me in the median of the street. He then pulled out a knife and tried to search me with a generic /me looks for anything on you. I allowed that to slide and let him use the /rob command. He stole my cash and attempted to take my phone from me, I didn't want to lose my phone so I rped punching him in the face while he was grabbing it and running off. He didn't really react to it other than /me feels the punch so I ran off and got picked up by some passersby who saved me.

Get an Alienware 17 or 15 off eBay, for like 400 bucks. They aren't the best computers anymore but they work and you can chuck them into a wall and they keep running. They are also incredibly easy to repair, that's why I have so many. I buy them broken and repair them.

Id just like to point out in this section of your argument, its not that you are meant to roleplay invisible people, its that you are meant to RP a REALISTIC place to rob someone. Like in real life, would you swerve into oncoming traffic on the HIGHWAY where cars are TYPICALLY flying past to rob someone with a shotgun on their back? The answer is no you wouldn't. If you saw someone walking down an allyway or in the woods and decided that you were going to spring a robbery on them then sure it makes sense, but doing it on a public high way which is right behind the sheriffs department for a town just makes zero sense.

You swerved across the street and pulled a shotgun which is why I began shooting you, I pulled my gun because I already had it readily accessible as I was hunting. You saw someone on the road with a gun and decided to pull yours on them, I don't exactly know what you expected to happen. Another thing I would like to mention, once again as evidenced by your video; I did not begin to fire at you until you pulled the shotgun out, your character had ample choice to get back in their car in leave instead you decided to pull from the drop and get into a gun fight.

You stated that I was lying through my report, though as evidenced by your video there is not a single thing I lied about. If you would like to bring forward the part where I lied then let me know and I will explain it to you. I personally don't believe you even comprehend what you did wrong which makes it a bit worse.

Originally I did state that it happened in Richman, I was mistaken and corrected the report within an hour or two of it being live. You did have a car at the time, I have a witness who watched you pull up in what appeared to be a rental car before getting out and attempting to rob me. I was streaming live at the time of you doing so. You are correct, I did RP punching you in the face, however I did so while you were roleplaying attempting to yank the phone from my grasp, in other words you were distracted trying to get my phone, and I saw a chance to hit you and run. You claim to have attempted to search me properly, though its clearly disproven by the screenshots I have provided, although I don't believe you saw the screenshots as you claimed I submitted no evidence. I did not throw money in your direction, I gave you the money as you roleplayed stealing it from me. My character has an attachment to their phone and didn't want to lose it, therefore they struggled to keep it. There are blatant lies in your response that are disproven through the screenshots I provided.
