And It's not strictly necessary to vpark. You can park safely in your garage or park somewhere in front of LSSD. Or alternatively, have 1 more garage in blaine country

You know, that's a mistake right. No need for that attitude. There's nothing wrong with the system. As I said, to be more realistic. If players here know when to vpark their vehicle then it's good. But some of them still don't, just vpark and vget every single time to make their vehicle safe from getting stolen. And I did not mention to remove despawning, players can still despawn (vpark) vehicle, but not anywhere or anytime, in a specific place. And to be realistic, give it a price for despawning (vpark) (not too expensive) or just free. The point of all this is so players can't just despawn or spawn anytime they want.

Hello, I have some questions. 1.) How do I interact with ATM? or bank is the only place I can do a transaction. 2.) Are some buildings interactable that are not on GPS? (I found L something bank beside phone store and it's not on GPS) 3.) When I /Vget my vehicle, does it always spawn in front of me? 4.) How picklocks are sold? (this is probably ic, but what I mean is who sell them a real player or like a black market.)

What's the problem when someone can despawn quicker? If they do not want to despawn it just parks it and there aren't that much thefts so it'll be okay

Of what I'm saying is, 1 parking lot (for scripted database parking) (Vehicle not spawned on the map), could be Legion Garage or anywhere just 1 in the map that you can go and do /park or something for around $100-$500.And it is %100 Safe. Other than that just park it somewhere in the map (spawned on the map) like in the edge of the road or parking lots.
