basically what the title says. what I mean by that is you buy a rusty car and use iron / whatever to restore it's condition. for example you buy a tornado beater ( the rusty tornado) and use metal parts / whatever to turn it into a normal tornado ex: from this to this , without buying the normal tornado by the way i also suggest the addition of another vehicle the injection which looks like this , make it like 17k or something like that
