White City Mafia (WCM) was a result of on-going criminal activity in the Chamberlain Hills Projects just on the corner of Forum Drive. The community there represents locals and involved drug dealers as young as sixteen years of age. Their supply was mainly from the Morrison & Meadows Drug Trafficking Organisation, and served as the running frontline for the DTO's drug supplier at the bottom of the chain, as well as various illegal activities.
