The Brigada Vinewood is a Eurasian criminal organization and cell operating in the Vinewood neighborhood of Los Santos. The structure, best described vertically with its actions governed by an inner circle of powerful criminals, focuses itself on brotherhood with the collective goal of obtaining wealth and power for each of its members, as well as the ultimate goal of maintaining and perpetuating the Eurasian Organized Crime (EOC) status quo of complete cultural dominance in the Vinewood underworld.

Several chapters dot the timeline of the organization, each of which have defined key members, events, and periods in its storied history.

Polivanov Organizsatsiya

After the indictment of Levan Tevzadze, a key figure in Eurasian Organized Crime, control of the Vinewood Crime Ring shifted to his right-hand man, Artyom Polivanov. This marked a turning point as Polivanov took charge, navigating the group through conflicts with rival Eurasian entities and internal disputes, including a clash with an Armenian Power cell. Despite shrinking in size, the organization remained resilient and tightly-knit. To avoid police scrutiny, Polivanov eventually stepped back, handing central authority and leadership to Anatoly Rozanov, a trusted figure who managed to restore stability and growth.

Under Rozanov's guidance, the network expanded, incorporating key figures like Nikholai Stepanovich, Raphael ‘Havoc’ Kazanjian, Sasa Vahic, and Lukyan Tseitlin, each managing aspects of enforcement and business fronts. This period saw a resurgence of influence, with Eastern European gangsters openly flaunting their wealth along Clinton Avenue, a reflection of the group's restored confidence. The addition of Marko Saar, an Estonian business magnate from Liberty City, further bolstered the organization's white-collar operations, blending legitimate business ventures with sophisticated criminal enterprises.

While this was an era of prominence for the organization, a new chapter, based on significant reformation, was opened upon the return of a particular individual to the Los Santos Eurasian sphere.

Brigada Vinewood

With the resurgence of Kavkazi gangster Ruslan Chagaev, a former boss of Liberty City's Hove Beach Mafia, the organization, bearing the new title of Brigada Vinewood, has entered a dynamic and dangerous new era. Chagaev's return, coupled with his strategic partnership with Anatoly Rozanov, represents a revitalization of Eurasian organized crime in Los Santos, but with a notable shift in its modus operandi. While the organization continues to embrace traditional Russian mafia values of loyalty, discretion, and wealth accumulation, this new incarnation is poised to become a Caucasian criminal powerhouse, integrating ruthless cells from Chechen, Georgian, Armenian, and other ethnic factions from the Caucasus region. These Kavkaz cells, renowned for their warrior ethos and history of rebellion, have brought with them an unparalleled level of violence, resourcefulness, and discipline that is often lacking in more conventional Russian criminal networks. As a result, this newly formed entity is significantly more dangerous and unpredictable, displaying a high degree of organization, operational secrecy, and brutal enforcement.

As these Caucasian cells cement their roles within the organization, Brigada Vinewood now stands at the forefront of Eurasian criminal dominance in Los Santos, with a clear path toward controlling both the West and East Vinewood criminal underworld. The blend of old-world criminal traditions with the militaristic precision of Kavkaz gangs has created an organization that is as feared for its brutality as it is admired for its economic power. This new era marks a turning point, where the combination of Eurasian criminal tactics and the violent, resilient spirit of the Caucasus will reshape the power dynamics of Los Santos’ underworld. With Chagaev and Rozanov at the helm, the Brigada is no longer just a crime syndicate—it is a multi-ethnic force of organized crime, determined to dominate through both calculated business operations and unrelenting violence.

The rise of Brigada Vinewood, under the leadership of Anatoly Rozanov, Ruslan Chagaev, Marko Saar, and Artyom Polivanov, represents a severe and escalating threat to the safety and security of Los Santos. The group’s ability to integrate violent Kavkaz factions into its organizational structure has significantly increased its operational capabilities, making it one of the most dangerous organized crime groups on the West Coast.

OOC: Brigada Vinewood is a satellite faction of Eurasian Organized Crime (EOC). This thread depicts scenes exclusively tied to the faction and the EOC umbrella.

Realistic character portrayal is strictly enforced and faction members alongside future aspirants to join are expected to uphold the highest standard of roleplay as well as follow all the server rules at all times. Failure to do so repeatedly will result in a CK of your character and/or OOC ban from the faction.

Any questions or concerns may be addressed to @Doom slayer or @Bratan. Much love to @Hellcat for the concept.
