In fact, they're only accessible through any Mask Shop around the map, but I think it it would be better if they got moved over to the clothing store "Ears" Section, so in case anybody wants to wear both mask and this specific earpiece, it will be easy to obtain both of them. Also, since some beards are only accessible through a Mask Shop, it's gonna be hard to have both (Beard and any of these earpieces) at the same time. In case your character ever wanted to buy those specific earpieces, but went through the problem with either having it or the mask/beard on.
