GTA World Forums - GTA V Heavy Roleplay Server

Hello everyone!

Welcome to the June 2023 Staff Update!

June has been an exciting month for the community as a whole, and there's so much to cover, where do we even start?!

At the start of June it was announced that we were planning our Charity Drive for the year once more, this time aimed at supporting UNICEF and the amazing work they're doing across Ukraine. We thank you that 114 of you have donated a total of 197 times to a total that goes above €9,000 so far, and with so much more to come still!

One of the absolute privileges of having such a strong community is getting be a part of amazing things together when we all collaborate to help on these events. Whether you give a lot, or just a small amount, know that every single penny counts, and that we are grateful for the impact that we get to have together, for good.

You can continue to donate here, all the way through until the 22nd of June, and we'll continue to update you on our progress to our goal as we go along.

Just this week, we've already been able to showcase some of the amazing work that the Development Team and the Illegal Faction Management team have been working on, and we're excited to see what this brings in light of changes and new dynamics to support more rewarding opportunities for illegal roleplayers. You can find out a lot more about that on our 3.3 Devblog here.

It goes without saying we're extremely thankful for the work that the Development Team and the Admin Team as a whole keep coming together to help produce to help improve our quality of life, as a server. We're very fortunate to have a hard working talented team who keep coming back week after week to provide us with great new features to help us continue to strive for bigger and better, for all types of RP across the server.

Property Management also wanted us to say the following

Quote

Over the last couple of months Property Management have implemented several notable changes that have greatly improved the subteam and players experience. One of the most impressive achievements to date has been our response time and turnover time, which has hit an unprecedented level. The rate at which requests are likely to be approved sits at a staggering 86.6%, leaving a 14.4% of being denied. With this in mind, we've been able to cater to niche/unique requests whilst upholding the server standards.

With the feedback received via our form, we've listened and made a conscious effort to make impactful changes that both benefit our diverse way of working and how that effects you as the receiver.

Finally, we have a range of changes that are to be implemented. For more information and to gather a more engaged approach to Property Management, please join our discord and please feel free, as you are all welcome, to join our Community Meeting this Saturday: 3rd June, 2023 at 12:00 local time. This is where we will let suggestions roll in, discussion take place and cover intentions over the next 3 months and what we have in store.

We'd also like to welcome @Oxygarum as Assistant Head of Property Requests. He's been working effortlessly the last few cycles and has taken on this role in the team, congratulations, and thank you!

On to the Staff side of things..

Over the last 30 days, our Staff Members have accepted and handled 7998 ingame reports, 5953 ingame support tickets, and 1884 applications to join the server, along with other subteam, and forum duties aside.

Even as these numbers grow, and our server becomes more popular, the staff team continues to keep going from strength to strength in order to keep supporting the continued growth of the community, and we, are as thankful as ever for this.

We'd especially like to congratulate @george? and @JayPeezy on promotions this month for the roles they have continued to perform within their respective subteams. George has been a massive help and driving force behind the work that RPQM has done over the past few months, and we're really happy to welcome him as a Senior, and thank him for all the work he's been doing. Jaypeezy has also recently taken on a higher role within the Legal Faction Management team, and is making a great impact with the team already.

As always, we're really proud to congratulate all of our staff members in their promotions, and we're really thankful for all that you do.

Have a great June, and we look forward to our next update in July!

Staff Applications were closed this month to allow us to process the large reserved list from prior months, and allow us to have a heavy new influx to the team. Those who were reserved, and aren't included in this update will receive a notification in the next 24 hours to determine whether they remain reserved or have been denied, and the reasons for this. Staff Applications will open as normal next month, and if you have any questions, just message @Adv or @Wuhtah after results have been given. If you have been denied, please request your reason using the UCP as DM's via Discord will not be answered.
