Mark ooc moderated content in ic forum sections

As he title said.

The problem stems from moderation over alleged trolling in in character forum sections.

While naturally moderation there in itself is not the issue- many ic publishers do it on that level too after all- it can cause heavy confusion for unaffiliated readers, who think the respective news faction censored content when in fact someone else reported a post out of character.

 

Needless to point out specially for news outlets a reputation for censorship can be deadly, and for all other players who do not directly care about such confusion and mixing between ic and ooc must be avoided clearly (Game rules). Thus, it mus be strictly marked what's ooc and ic, also in moderation where it matters.
