Vacancy - Car Wash Attendant

SALARY INDICATION:  To be determined - $4000 per shift and/or bonus based on commissions.

 

You will be the face that customers first see and interact with when they bring their cars out to be cleaned and washed.  Your responsibilities will include:

 

• Execute frequent inspections of the assigned wash grounds and vending area to maintain cleanliness
• Perform repair and preventative maintenance to wash, vacuum, and vending equipment
• Perform necessary vehicle pre-wash inspections for items/vehicles that may cause damage to wash equipment or other customers
• Perform vehicle washes with a strong focus on quality results over speed
• Perform basic sales functions with regards to products and services offered
• Interact professionally with other team members, varying customers, and the general Sandy Shores community
• Work on the store’s busiest days, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with reasonable accommodation

 

Beyond this, a passion for cars and their surrounding culture is appreciated. Any depth of experience and/or knowledge that you can provide to customers and the team are greatly valued, even when they are not primarily focused on the basic services offered.

 

For this vacancy, we are looking for talented men or women, who are passionate about cars in general. Beyond just interest and talent; personality, drive, and background play a crucial role in hiring for this vacancy. We have no set shift times yet, but expect working times to be either in the morning, or in the late afternoon and early evening, on various days throughout the week, but also in the weekend. Vacancy - Automotive Detailer

SALARY INDICATION:  To be determined - $6000 per shift and/or bonus based on commissions.

 

We are seeking responsible, and dedicated people to join our team as an automotive detailer.  Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

• Waxing and buffing the exteriors of customer's prized vehicles
• Polishing and applying products to augment wax seals to a durable shine
• Vacuuming, scrubbing and cleaning vehicle's upholstery
• Cleaning and painting engine blocks
• Applying touch-up paint to chipped body surfaces of vehicles
• Perform basic sales functions with regards to products and services offered
• Interact professionally with other team members, varying customers, and the general Sandy Shores community
• Work on the store’s busiest days, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with reasonable accommodation
