Ignore the one bullet from LSSD, was voided by an admin.)) In the early hours of Tuesday, April 18th a scene unfolded on the corner of Mission Row. On arrival it was apparent that a delicate situation was unraveling. The road leading onto the bridge towards Mirror Park was barricaded with cones and a mass of cruisers. At the focus of their attention were two vehicles, one with a masked suspect inside and his black Komoda pressed up against a lamp post as well as an older male in a striped shirt and older white two-door vehicle. It appeared that the two vehicles had crashed and ended up on the sidewalk. ((Images of the body are hidden behind an age requirement and a graphic content warning, image must then be clicked to reveal the picture)) The suspect in the black Komoda had been involved in a vehicle pursuit after evading police before eventually crashing on Sinner Street after a collision with the bystander in the white two-door. The scene was quickly joined by a SEB BearCat and the two crashed vehicles were surrounded. At this point the masked individual stepped out of his vehicle and moved over to the white vehicle's passenger window and tried to jump through the passenger window to hold the injured bystander at knife point. At this point the older male was forced to raise his weapon and shoot the masked male repeatedly until dead in order to protect himself. ((The face of the survivor would be blurred out and any plates)) Following this the surviving occupant of the white two-door was ordered to leave his vehicle and place his firearm on the ground which he did. With hands raised he slowly stepped away from his vehicle and then promptly collapsed unconscious due to a mixture of stress and minor injuries from the collision. After confirming the male was no longer a threat he was lifted to his feet, cuffed and taken to be checked-up by nearby EMT's from the Fire Department that had arrived moments prior. The occupant of the two-door was arrested for the possession of an unlicensed firearm. The Los Santos Sheriff's Department have stated that they believe this was an isolated incident with no gang ties and that the suspect and surviving occupant did not know each other prior to the collision.
